The latest update, since my last package delivery, has added another layer of transparency, comfort and ease to the Kwik Air Delivery process.
The status updates included an email confirming receipt of my package in the UK office, a tracking code to help follow progress and an alert on when my package is out for delivery.
The best part is the final leg of the process, when I get the call from Rauf, the local delivery boss.
This is one amazing delivery process...

My items arrived in perfect condition, and to my surprise, KwikAir even repackaged a few of them with care!

My second experience was even more impressive; sending some Ghanaian goodies to a pregnant friend in London. Every item arrived within 24 hours. That’s right—24 hours! Since then, I’ve used the service multiple times (currently awaiting my 6th package!) and every time has been seamless. No losses, no spills, no damages—just pure peace of mind.
