The night shift seems to always be busy doing something around the store. Dealing with certain people isn't easy so I give them props. The workers actually talk and have conversations with you. They listen. Please give these night crew workers a round applause and pat on the back BRAVO!!

I stopped by hoping for a quick bite, but the selection was pathetic—only three items left on the hot plate despite three employees being on the clock. I grabbed a burger and some cheese sticks; the sticks were just okay, but the quarter-pound burger was absolutely disgusting, overcooked, and black around the edges.
This was my first and last time stopping here during the day. I normally visit during the third shift, and the difference is night and day. When Nicky and Anthony are working, they actually work hard, have a great attitude, and are willing to cook something fresh if you ask.
The way day shift runs things is a joke. If you're looking for food during the day, don't bother—you're much better off going to TA Travel Center or Shell where you'll actually have options

I recently went to the Kwik Trip in Cadott, WI and for the THIRD time, the gas pump was NOT turned on for me to pump my gas after I paid for it. This is absolutely unacceptable and I won't be stopping there for gas anymore. No explanation, no apology for me having to run in AGAIN for them to set the pump - I good reason to always ask for your receipt.

I buy your doughnuts all the time. I bought these today and they were so hard. Your doughnuts are always fresh so im not sure what happened. It was the necedah kt.

One item on my home delivery order wasn't sent. This order was placed directly on Kwik Trip's online app. After the order was delivered, the third party delivery person texted me to inform me that the ground beef I ordered and was charged for on my credit was out of stock and that I need to contact Doordash for a refund. After a lengthy call to Door Dash and being placed on hold numerous times, the call was abruptly ended by Door Dash customer support...no explanation, not a word...just simply hung up. This is the third time this has happened and I'M TOTALLY FED UP!!!! THIS IS THE DIRECTION THE USA IS HEADING DUE TO THE MOST INEPT ADMINISTRATION EVER!!! "BLAME SOMEONE ELSE FOR YOUR OWN INADEQUACIES" Kwik Trip has vastly improved their home delivery and I am now a happy weekly home delivery repeat customer!

Kwik trip is the gas station to go in the Midwest, it has high quality food (for a gas station), and your able to get a good list of groceries if your on the run.

My parents have a Kwik Trip near their house, and everytime I go, it never disappoints. The food is always hot and fresh, and they just added a kitchen that cooks as well. Very similar to a WaWa. It always seems like the spot to go to since it's always busy, and they are fast at getting people in and out fast. Since it's 24/7, everytime I've gone, I am able to get exactly what I need.

Bought 2 slices of their hot pizza and an iced tea.
Without asking the cashier put these items together in one bag.
As it was a very hot day the tea warmed considerably in just those few moments before I took it back out.
This is not an isolated incident and Kwiktrip should teach their employees to use some common sense

Sent the son in law to pick up some sale pizzas. He came back with two Pothole thin crust pizzas at full price. First time we have had these. Normally we have Orv's self rising and LotzaMozza. These were really good!! I no longer feel upset for not getting whatever was on sale!! I will be picking these up again!!

I stopped to buy a few things and get gas for my car at Store #456. Could not get gas cap off. A nice young man came out and was able to open up the gas cap for me. His name is Tre. Thank you, Tre, for being so pleasant and helpful. Keep up the good work!! Mrs. H.

I made two visits a couple days apart and swiped Kwik Rewards card. November 4 and 6. Noticed that my account showed 0 visits. Called and all that does is put you on hold, so I used the contact form. Two weeks later no response, so I called again and hang time is too long, So I used contact form again and again no response.

So customer service is null.

All I want to know is how are my kwik rewards tracked.

Any Kwik trip that I’ve been in either in FDL or around the state, it’s a great place. Everyone is ALWAYS friendly, helpful. The place is always clean.

bad car wash tried 3 times 3locations no good last one used no soap

KwikTrip is not your typical gas station. It is more like a convenience store that happens to sell gas. They always have kind and caring employees, that also have a sense of humor. Their food is amazing and most of the time is cooked in the store. The Kwik Rewards program is also great because of its amazing rewards and benefits!
