Excellent support with enquiry for new labels and too tech support to get our 5year old printer working again over the phone and use of remote diagnostics tools.

Goods were fine
Goods were fine. But you said the delivery peron would leave package at door and take a photo. You did not - szaid I was out asnd took the package to my local post office. I am not very mobile, but had to go and collect it.

Confusion initially but with great results
When the label machine arrived I was a bit confused as I received the drivers and user manual on a cd which my computer does not have. I contacted the help desk and was advised that they were busy but the next day I was contacted by them and we were able to resolve any issues and problems I had and by the afternoon I was able to print and use the database/excel connection. Great service and lovely staff.

Great Customer Service
I am an electrician and use my Brother labelling machine a lot. I recently started buying tapes from Labelzone and one of the tapes jammed up. Labelzone kindly replaced the tape.
I then bought some more from them and another tape jammed up. This was strange as I have had this machine about six years, I have tapes purchased from my wholesaler but only the tapes from Labelzone were jamming.
I asked them if the tapes were OEM or generic and they assured me that they are OEM and they wondered if there had been an adhesive build up on my printer head and suggested that I look into this.
Having never cleaned the machine this may well be the case and I will look into cleaning it.
Labelzone also replaced the second jammed tape, which, in all fairness ,was not really their responsibility.
I have found Labelzone to be professional and helpful and very accommodating in terms of these two jammed tapes. Their service is fast and reliable and they respond promptly to after sales queries.
