I ordered from Lahana from Spain and although I have issues with the shipping company in Spain, their costumer service was incredible and helped me solve the issues really fast!

I ordered from Germany. The shipping was really fast! And omg the bikinis are NEXT LEVEL good! I love them and I’m definitely going to order again.🫶🏽

After receiving my bodysuit and discovering marks on it. I was sent a replacement and asked to return the original (soiled one). My experience with customer service was extremely poor, no compensation was offered for the inconvenience, as this item was therefore delayed and my valuable time time used to try and make it ti the post office for the return. Anyone with good customer service would offer something for the hassle. But nope not Lahana, I don’t recommend!

Lahana is the best bikini brand I have ever purchased from. Shipping is always super fast! I’ve never had any issues to have to contact support but I’m sure I would be equally satisfied with that tooo.

Purchased one of those lovely Bikini Tops and Bottoms as a gift for my wife and required some help re size.
Customer support was truly great i.e. super responsive, competent and friendly. Thank you Ivy for your assistance.

Not only is the quality amazing, the customer service is top tier. I had a sizing issue and they accommodated despite being sale items. Would recommend this brand 100x times over please go buy!!!

Lahana Swim have GREAT quality swimmers and excellent customer service!

I have bought from them a few times now and my swimmers from 2019 still look new today (2023) and are the ones I always reach for, for both comfort and style! I purchased some items during their recent birthday sale and there was glitch in their system which meant one of the items had been oversold.

They contacted me within 24hrs to notify me and gave several options to choose from (different size/refund/other item etc) - they ended up searching high and low in the warehouse and found me the item! I also had to return something and found the portal super easy to use and even extra credit given to shop for a different item
They go above and beyond, shipping is super quick and the material quality is excellent!!

Sale items should be able to be returned for a credit note. The bathers don’t sit well and the sizing was different to other bathers I’ve purchased and now I have 2 sets that I cannot wear
