Hello lovelies
I waited for my order to be received to post a full review of my full exeprience with Lahana. <3
1- Customer service is outstanding : i needed to make some adjustments and they were able to do so in a blink of an eye. The definition of responsive, caring, and professional ! Probably an example of the perfect team. All this knowing theres a huge time difference etc.
2- I was too excited for my order and used fast delivery : received it Earlier than expected through DHL, since my order was quickly prepared by Lahana and shipped. Literally, i had made a local order in my country before this one and received it the same day as my Lahana Order from across the world.
3- The best part : the beautiful swimwear . It’s the first time I order so was hesitant about the size and styles , but all worked out in the end. They are perfect!! Triangle may need to size up ( depends on personal preference). Now I have a clearer idea on how the sizes come. I ordered 8 pieces( 4 pairs) and absolutely loved it. Can’t wait to wear and post .
4- Impressed by how much care also goes to sustainability, knowing that many brands like to use it as a marketing tool , not the case here. From packaging to material .
5- Just happy when something is made with care and passion . It makes the customer experience exceptional.

Totally worth it !!

If I could do .5 I would give a 3.5 star. Active wear is so cute and The fabric is nice. Crop top is great, the strap adjusting things for the crop top does not give off a 'lux' brand though. I would think for the price they would of been better quality an not so hard to move/chunky. The shorts definitely run on the small side around the thigh area. They cut into my thighs a bit and roll up constantly during my workout. If you enjoy weight lifting and don't have super slim legs I would recommend sizing up on the shorts!! That was the only disappointing thing. I still wear them though, they just don't fit me like my other go to gym brands do :)

ARM STRAPS LENGTH DROOPS TO MY BELLY BUTTON.
I brought a few pieces on sale, when they arrived the arm straps have no adjustment option and they are 30cm too long in length!!! like not flattering at all - i was actually shocked as i brought a size S and they straps were still astronomical.... doesnt hold you boobs in, if i bent over my whole nipple/boob would fall out.
I have photos i can send through to show you what i mean.
bit disapointed with Lahana as ive brought pieces before and they were true to size/ nice Quality / and very flattering.

Ordered More than one month ago and still didnt receive my parcel...

You can’t beat gorgeous swimwear with above and beyond service. I purchased a number of items on sale and they are all lovely quality. Very happy with the cuts and sizing. The team even helped me exchange an item (despite the final sale policy) for a better size. I was so impressed with their follow up support and happy-to-help attitude. Thank you!

They were really helpful! I accidentally ordered 2 tops instead of a top and bottom and they messaged me within an hour making sure that what I actually wanted or if it was a mistake. I told them and they replied then fixed the problem instantly!

The clothes is of exceptional quality, and the purchasing process is simple and straightforward. A good formula is a high-quality product and outstanding customer service.

I love my new bikini bottoms and active wear crop! The pattern is so cute and they are both super comfy and well fitting!
