Top notch service all round !

I love the deck boards. They feel solid and don’t feel like I’m going to slip when I’m taking the bins out. Only had them down for 6 months but so far so good. Benjamin was helpful with the design shame he is a Man U fan

Absolutely brilliant. Professional , knowledgeable and friendly. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Our initial installation was really good, but then we needed to have a minor repair done and a hose pipe run underneath - but instead of running the hose neatly underneath, the laziest tradesman possible simply drilled TWO MORE holes through the deck!

This after waiting half a year to get them out.

It looks hideous and I can't imagine what he was thinking.

Absolutely go with any other provider and never do Lakeland

To be frank their hollow uPVC deck is also no where near as tough as other solid decking you can buy.

Avoid at all costs

Great service from Alex and the team of fitters,we are delighted with the installation of our decking.

Sales person, Alex was great always available and patient with all our questions and got back to us with all the answers we needed. Installation went well, came back to finish bits that needed attention. Veranda looks great!

We contacted a couple of firms about building a new deck at our house, but Lakeland Verandahs gave by far the best initial response. Their rep came to see us within a couple of days of our enquiry, the quote arrived shortly after, we gave the go ahead and paid the deposit and a few weeks later the two fitters arrived. They did a brilliant job, on a complicated build (sloping site, two levels with steps and landing) and it only took three days. We are delighted. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality finish.

I have a holiday home in the Lake District on Haven Lakeland holiday park. We have a 4 year old grandson and 2 miniature poodles & we wanted to contain them whilst enjoying the sunshine (when we get it!) we went for a full wrap around option and I’m glad we did. The quality of our Verandah compared to some of the others on park is far more superior and feels really solid. Workmanship is excellent I would recommend no problem.

North Devon charged over £12000 for plastic decking poorly done and badly finished. Feel conned by Ollie that did it.

Absolute rubbish and a complete rip off. £10k for a days work to install plastic decking.

So pleased with our new decking.Two young men turned up on the coldest days so far, but managed to do a great job,thank you.

Our caravan decking was fitted a few years ago without a single problem.
A few months ago a couple of balustrades split slightly at the seam, contacted the company and within a few days they came out and replaced them at no charge as they said we had a 10 year guarantee even though we were expecting to pay for repair.
We would have no hesitation in recommending this company and especially Richard Duffy who organised everything for us from start to finish.

So pleased with my decking it has transformed our garden i cant thank you enough ,your communication and customer service has been fantastic right through the project.
