Right product, good price, quick delivery

Unfortunately LampShopOnline were massively let down by thier terrible courier FedEx that first lost and delivered to the wrong address then 10 days later arrived with a smashed light fitting unpackaged and light with wrong fittings unusable. The customer service team understood the level of inconvenience and were rightly concerned at their couriers incompetence and rectified promptly, correctly. Sadly this review would’ve been better if the right parts arrived at the right time but I believe they are working to improve on this stopping FedEx.

Bought some items from Lamp Shop Online a good few months ago. A short time ago one of the items, still in warranty developed a fault.

Lampshop Online, grasped the problem immediately and without fuss or faff, replaced the faulty item with quick delivery of a replacement.

Things will always go wrong, thats life, its how you recover that matters, cant fault LSO (only the lamp), buy with confidence

I ordered two LED replacement fluorescent tubes.

Well FedEx broke one of them on the initial delivery, then broke the replacement, the third time even though FedEx managed to put holes in the first layer of protection on the package clearly marked fragile, the warehouse had used so many layers of protection the tubes survived.

A lesser company would have just said make a claim against FedEx.

Replaced a very old fluorescent tube with an LED one. Easy to find what I needed on the website. Delivery was prompt and item was packaged very well. Tube fits and works perfectly. I would definitely use Lamp Shop Online again.

quick effiecient service at a very good price only downside is when using P.O. delivery can be anytime without warning !

Initially ordered an LED strip light from another local company but ended up having to ask for a refund when I was told that there was no such item in stock and it would be around 2 months to get it in. Looked online and came across Lampshoponline.com, found a suitable replacement and ordered two, with differing colour temps. Added instructions to deliver to my work and were delivered on the day I requested and were very well packed in large cardboard tube with bubble wrap at each end. Brilliant service all round :)

Order two LED tubes for a garage to replace fluorescent lamps. Delivered promptly and in a solid cardboard tube. One was fine but second was already broken when packed. Phoned them and sent a photo. Had a very friendly, helpful and efficient conversation, was given the the apologies of the company and received a replacement one day later, plus an extra tube as a gesture of goodwill.

My selected tubes have done what I wanted, lighting up the garage like a football pitch. Great products. And when a problem occurred, as problems occasionally do, they fixed it fast and well. Excellent service. Very happy.

been purchasing quite few times but on all orders most fitting or bulb is faulty, when contacted the lampshop no answer given. Most of the fittings or bulb stops working after few days or has black end mark, customer service arent bothered

I needed to replace the 20yr old flourescent bulbs 💡 n my garage. This was the only website I found that included a starter switch with the tube, which was needed as when I just tried a straight swap the tubes did not work ( tubes purchased through different website with no explanation that a switch would be needed).
Next day delivery too.
One of the tubes was faulty. I emailed straight away and received a reply within an hour. The company sent out another item for free ( inc delivery).
I can’t praise them enough - super company !!
