Ordered a light for next day delivery. No mention of this being delayed until after I paid. The order has not arrived and after saying they would update me they have not. I keep receiving an automated message blaming coronavirus however I have ordered lots in lockdown and this is the only delay so far. If you can’t honour timelines stop over promising. This is now week 3 since I ordered for next day. I have found the light elsewhere available next day from a more trusted source.

Don't waste your time!!!
I have placed an order with them on Saturday evening, I have paid extra for Next Day Delivery, the means my order should have been delivered on Monday or Tuesday, latest.
The order didn't arrive and they didn't bother themself to inform me about it.
After I have tried to contact them several times, they replied to my email on Wednesday evening saying that the items are not available anymore, although when I placed the order, there was 10items in stock (I have a photo as a prove).
Very disappointed!!!

PS. Now after I wasted my time I have to wait for another couple of day to get my refund.

Loved our light - was hard to fit to the wall but thats got nothing to do with Lampsy! And... We love it.

Fast delivery and really great quality products, will be using again for the rest of the house also.

Lampsy is fantastic, the lights are extremely high quality and the customer service team is always very quick to respond.

I bought a Nordlux Nibe galvanised outside light and it arrived within 5 days. Very pleased with quality and it is as described. Straightforward to fit - however, remember to fit the bolts that hold the body to the backing plate in place before securing the back plate to the wall.

Quick delivery and good quality flush light.
I will be having an electrician coming days to have it fitted.
