I ordered the wrong product and contacted them to cancel before shipping. I often find this hard to do with most companies but Lampsy responded quickly and refunded immediately. Thank You so much for not making this a battle I highly recommend this company.

Dreadful service
Dreadful service. I order a lamp base, said delivery was days but it took several weeks. When it did arrive, there was an incorrect part so is unusable. No one answers the phone when you call. I have asked for a replacement by email, responses are slow, commitments are vague and I still have no idea if the replacement has been ordered or when it will arrive. I have asked for details of their complaints service but no response.

I Have ordered several things thru Lampsy and not had any issues Customer service was fantastic. When things were not quite in stock they communicated this promptly and managed the delivery timeframe. I will continue to return

I’ve ordered a lamp which was quite slow to dispatch (ordered on the 11th, shipped on the 15th) and then wasn’t actually delivered by the courier. If you try click through their contact link from the terms and conditions their website breaks, if you email hello@ address advertised on their website it bounces and I’ve been chasing for a few days now for a status update. I’ve just emailed the help@ email they’re sometimes using to reply on here, to see if that makes any difference.
In any event they’ve now missed the date I’d paid someone to come and fit it, so time to see if they can be bothered offering compensation.

Caution placing an order.. no item or response 3 weeks later
Shocking customer service…nothing beyond automated emails/instagram responses. Ordered item nearly 3 weeks ago with a supposed 5 day delivery promised. Still nothing…no idea if this is a legitimate company as there has been no human contact to our concerns. Please be VERY careful if even considering placing an order. Read all the reviews first

This is a scam!!!! I ordered on the 2nd of December and I am yet to receive my light! It has been over 2 weeks and they claim it is a 3-5 day delivery. I messaged them and they sent a chat bot!! Do not order from here.

Ghost company?
I placed an order on 1 December 2022 but I have not heard from this company since then. It can’t be reached by email, live chat or Facebook. It’s getting very frustrating now trying to get an update.

I have placed an order and like everyone else on this, there is no custumer service, nothing ! I never received the items, I have emailed etc... they took my money away and just dont respond. I am now reporting them to consumer act etc... but please TRUST PILOTE, help us

**Absolutely shocking service from this company** a long list of what went wrong DO NOT USE!
-No one picks up the phone ever.
-the email address advertised doesn't work and has a bounce back sayung itndoesnt work!!
-advertising items as in stock and can delivery within a 5 days is wholly inaccurate.
-finally get replies via messenger and then sent inaccurate message regarding the dispatch stating items were being prioritised for disptach and then a few days later being told they arejy even in stock! Then futher delay and just silence when messaging!
Utterly useless.
Con Artists - Avoid at all costs
Sold me faulty lights. No answer to emails to arrange a return/exchange and there are no other contact details. If it was for a higher amount I would be taking them to small claims court but the amount I spent with them doesn't justify it. Avoid these con artists at all costs
Customer service doesn't respond
Customer service doesn't respond. I placed an order nearly 2 weeks ago, and never received any notification of my order shipping (even though the shipping option I chose was 3-5 business days). I tried reaching out via email twice, left a message via the live chat on their website, Instagram messaged Lampsy, and called the customer service phone number and couldn't get through.

Really good service from Lynn. I chased up the delivery for my lights and received regular updates and they arrived when expected. The Nordlux artist lights we ordered are great quality and look fantastic! Thank you.

Evening, it’s not often I leave reviews, but I’m going to start leaving more!
Why Lampsy as a start?
I was recently the victim of a con artist while trying to order a sink online!
Lampsy’s service on the other hand has been totally different.
I ordered three exterior lights which weren’t in stock, I was happy to wait as they were up front and said they were waiting for them. Once arrived, one was broken. They have quickly resolved this and another is on the way.
A lot of issues are based around supply of products, whether it be used to one’s advantage through white lies or not. With Lampsy I feel I received direct, honest and prompt responses. Sometimes that’s all we need! Just to be up to date and know instead of left waiting or in the dark!
Oh, BTW, the lights are also great for the price, cheaper than John Lewis too!

Ordered the centre lighting pieces of our new home and really love the Lampsy products we chose. They look great and have definitely given the place some character.
Unfortunately, one of our globes was broken and so I reached out to the team to support in correcting this (glass is surprisingly fragile *shock* so no finger pointing occurred). The only thing I wanted to know was whether they can supply a new one and shout out to Lynn who helped in delivering this after contacting the dispatch team.
Patience is needed for sure but worth it in the end.
