My mattress didn't take long to come. Cumpy

Very disappointing experience overall.

I ordered an Emma mattress which took nearly 2 months to arrive. Communication was responsive and friendly, but not helpful. I was repeatedly told they were chasing updates with Emma, without any real progress. The mattress was even lost at one point and I had to arrange for 3 days working at home for a delivery that didn’t happen. Emma did eventually send two pillows as a goodwill gesture due to the delay.

The mattress itself also feels low quality; it makes noise and has cracking sounds when used.

Land of Beds does not offer free returns, only exchanges, with a fee (I think it’s around £75). At least with Emma, returns are free, so I don’t see the point of using Land of Beds.

Overall, too many delays, worse return conditions, and disappointing product quality for the price.

The Sales Team were excellent and very efficient in advising and placing my order.

The sales person was very helpful even though her supervisor was trying to be a jobswoth & mead it very awkward to make a card payment to do a payment on line you have to have two computers if you only have a phone your sistem is impossible to make a payment

Louise helped me find some applicable beds based on my requirements and put together a quote for me, answered some questions on areas I don't know about.

Jason from the customer support team was exceptional. My exchange of nectar mattress went smoothly and quickly, not a problem in sight. He honestly needs a raise! I've never had customer support like this off anyone. I will definitely use land of beds again because of him.

Bed and headboard were ordered and a delivery date given very quickly. Both items were very competively priced and considerably cheaper than a well known high street shop(knowingly never undersold). Items were a beautiful neutral colour going with many colour schemes. I would definitely buy any future beds from yourselves.

Called to ask a question - Louisa was super helpful and then a slight issue with deliver was promptly sorted out by Jason …. Great experience so far!

I find it odd that on this day it takes up to 14 days for delivery, if I'd gone through Emma I would have had it sooner and with a 200day return .
Update to delivery date, I have my order and it only took four days, excellent

I bought a new bed a few years ago & during a tidy up of the bedroom in 2025,I placed a rocking chair & other bits on top whilst hoovering, one of the bits (possibly the chair) made a hole in the mattress right in the middle. I "made do" with a spare mattress on top for a few months + asked at land of beds about a replacement mattress. I saw a sales advisor "Nicola" who found a replacement, unfortunately I couldn't afford it at the time, I went back to the shop today & was pleased to find my quote from last year was still available & the sales advisor was "Nicola" again! This has meant my original order could be found & 're ordered. I felt secure in the knowledge that the mattress is coming from the same company I bought the bed from originally & would be to the exact size I need.

I ordered mattress on 24 March and they delivered me wrong one, and then they refund me on 16 April, not recommended to any one and don’t trust them and make sure whatever you ordered got the same thing.

A really easy website to follow and find what you want. The delivery service gives you a choice of days and keeps you informed of when to expect it. And the price was right.

The office and the delivery team brilliant kept me in the loop.
Darren and Tony made it look so easy it was not, a very old cottage.
Did not like the count down on sale time will not be fooled by that again
