Can’t review them never used them, posted here to make a point.
Isn’t it odd official HM Land Registry are not on Trustpilot ?
Would love to see their reviews, maybe not on here as you can’t give minuses.

After a quick search I stupidly thought I was on the official site - which of course is HM Land Registry, thanks Google!! I thought the exorbitant cost was due to privatisation. Oh dear, I got what I needed, and rapidly, for two lots of £24.95, rather than £7.

Not the official Land Registry website. Beware. Costs a lot more than a simple request to HM Land Registry.

I should have checked before paying £24.95 for a title deed that Land Registry Uk is not the official site. The official Gov website charges just £7. Profit for Land Registry UK of £17.95 for using their 'service'. Whilst not unlawful, its seriously misleading. My own fault for not checking first. Please beware!

I sent Land Registry UK a request stating the address and title deed and they sent the incorrect title deed.
When i requested a refund they refused, their reasoning is that what they sent is for the same address as i detailed.
They are correct, it is, because part of the land at that address was sold under the title deed i requested. The title deed is the unique identifier which is why it exists.
So having spent £49.90 i have nothing to show for it.
Instead we went to the OFFICIAL HM Land Registry page and paid just £7. Which is presumably what they failed to do for me!
Do not use this company!!!

Scammers, website designed to look like actually land registry but is a fake site. Charge £25 for something you can buy from genuine land registry site for £7. DO NOT USE

Total scam do not use paid £60 for two documents and for a hr turn around sent documents for a property down the road one week later still no documents for my property cannot contact them

I have no issues with the website as they provided exactly what I asked for and very quickly.

Unfortunately I had already purchased the same document previously from the official government website. I had hoped the title deeds had the T symbol on to show my owned fence - if any. Unfortunately the government one did not so used this one instead hoping to get a more detailed document. It was the exact same thing just much more expensive.

Probably needed, but more attention to passwords than any site I have ever encountered- info not criticism! It is efficient once aboard. However it is extremely expensive. It cost £21.00 for a pdf with lots of caveats as to why it might not be accurate. Ironically I have an identical one at home with all the same inaccuracies which I was hoping to rectify. If the massively expensive PDF provides enough finance to provide adequate security to entirely prevent scammers from stealing houses I am content.

Initially thought this a Total Scam after reading reviews but
Documents arrived a little late as paid the extra £5 fo a quick service. The copy of my deeds arrived showing the last hundred and sixty year of property history and most importantly the recent update with my name on the deed for the proof I needed for some grant work. Actually a great service avoiding the need to contact my solicitor or navigate the original land registry.
My experience in this service was excellent and recommend to anyone.

This site is not the official land registry which can only be accessed through the .gov.uk website and through which it costs very little to research title deeds

This was my first time contacting LR and it was a very good one 👍🏾 I spoke to Customer Service Advisor Jessica Sheehan who was superb right from the beginning of the call. She was very helpful and my query was dealt with quickly and efficiently! Excellent service! Thanks Jessica🙌🏾

Paid £19.75 for a copy of title deeds. The money was taken from my bank account immediately. We have still not received a thing from this company. Repeatedly sent emails to them in relation to this and never got a reply. Total scammers. I thought as probably so many others have that this company was in fact HM Land registry.

I have recently visited this website to try and get a copy of my Title Deeds for my property not realising it was an independent company paying them £39.90 and was advised subsequently that it was pending its first registration even though it has been 4 and a half years from completing the conveyancing.
After just a few more e mails, it was established that the property was pending it's first registration so nothing further could be done to fulfill my request. As a result, I thanked them for their advices and subsequently requested reimbursement of the fee taken. My request was quickly acted upon, expedited within two days, and efficiently dealt with by Laura the member of staff at the company, so excellent service.
I read most of these reviews after I made the original transaction which obviously was troubling to say the least, however, I am extremely happy of the outcome in my case, and hope that maybe the other parties mentioned in these reviews may take some hope & encouragement that my experience has been a very positive one, and is completely impartial from my point of view.

Imposter site - avoid!

Ordered by accident, since on the web this company comes before the real HM Gov site. Paid well over the odds by credit card about a week ago and have received nothing! Very difficult to find any contact details, and I will certainly request a cash back from card company. Do not deal with these people.

Thinking I was dealing with the actual Land Registry I was suckered into paying £39.90 for what I already had from the real land registry for £3 a few years back.
The so called official copy of the deeds which you will receive form this company will in no way help you determine your OFFICIAL boundaries.
I placed this order0720 hr this morning. Realised I wasn't dealing with the actual Land Registry and asked to cancel the order 0749hr in good time before any work was carried out. Never the less they ignored my prompt request and carried on and issued the deeds at 0843/45 Hr. A good hour later and in plenty of time to cancel. Judging by reviews of this service this is what I should have expected.
To be fair I have now 26/4/23, received a full refund
