Account Blocked Without Justification
Dear Landwirt Team,
I am writing to express my concern regarding the recent blocking of my account and IP address on your platform. I had simply registered and placed several offers on tractors I was genuinely interested in. To my surprise, my access was suddenly revoked without any explanation.
I reached out to your team via email and provided all the requested information, but I have not received any response.
If the issue was related to the amount I offered, I would like to point out that an offer—regardless of the amount—is part of any normal negotiation process. If a seller considers an offer too low, they have the right to decline or counter it. However, penalizing a buyer for making an offer, especially without prior warning or communication, seems unjustified.
Moreover, if sellers are allowed to set high prices without repercussions, why would a buyer be penalized for offering less? It raises concerns about impartiality. As a platform, I believe Landwirt should handle complaints objectively, investigate issues thoroughly, and communicate clearly with both parties before making such decisions.
I respectfully request that you review my case and clarify the reason behind the account and IP block.
