Lanzarote Investments Real Estate Reviews

Although it turned out I had no need to employ an agent I still feel Alex deserves feedback as my time with him warrants it. He was professional, communicative, on time, and very helpful with his knowledge and connections on the island. Thank you Alex. It was a pleasure to meet with you.

From my 1st initial meeting to signing at notary everything was handled professionally but with a smile.
They are a great bunch of people who completed the sale within the time frame given.
I would not hesitate to use them.

What an amazing service we received from the team at Lanzarote Investments Puerto Del Carmen. We sold one apt and purchased another with them, the professionalism, help, advice and friendliness from the whole team was second to none. We would like to give a special shout out to Dylan who provided a brilliant service throughout the sales process of our Apt. Alex who was amazing throught the buying process of our new home, both of them replying to messages out of hours and even whilst on holiday, they are such lovely lads and we would have absolutely no problem reccomending them to anyone. Then there's Maddie working tirelessly behind the scenes, she is a brilliant asset to the team, she's very knowledgeable, helpful, understanding and is always there at the end of the phone, even if you just want to voice any concerns with the sometimes frustrating part of buying and selling in the Spanish system, I just love her, she's fab. Thank you so much to all of you, we are now very happy in our new home.

Particular mention to Anthony & Adam for your professionalism thanks for your hard work.
Then the notary/admin team, Maddie was an absolute pleasure Im sure she had answered my questions before I’d even realized, you are lucky to have her on your team.
Lastly Jessica who accompanied us to the notary & finalized everything as Maddie was on holiday, exceptional, many thanks.

Outstanding Support from Barney Howard – Costa Teguise Branch Manager

Dear Lanzarote Investments Team,

I wanted to take a moment to share some well-deserved praise for one of your team members, Barney Howard, who is the branch manager at your Costa Teguise office.

I met Barney a couple of months ago, and from the outset, I could tell he was a genuine and trustworthy person. As a fellow Brit, he immediately made us feel at ease, and he’s been a tremendous help as my wife and I explore the possibility of relocating to Lanzarote.

Although Barney primarily deals with sales, he went out of his way to offer guidance on rentals and pointed us in the right direction, even beyond his usual responsibilities. He’s consistently been at the end of the phone, answering our questions and offering advice across a wide range of topics. That kind of support has made a real difference to us.

It’s rare to find someone so proactive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, and I believe service like this deserves recognition. Barney has been instrumental in helping us navigate this important move, and we’re sincerely grateful for everything he’s done.

Well done, Barney, and keep up the great work.

All the best,
Malcolm & Kanya

Amazing company with a lot of experience in the field and got a lot of good workers, but personally I would recommend John Killeen. The owner of the company. He will help you find your perfect home or holiday home

Many thanks to Dylan for securing a swift and seemless sale of our apartment. You have gone above and beyond on my behalf.i wouldn't hesitate in recomending Lanzarote Investments to market your property
Kind regards. Pattie

I recently purchased a property in Puerto del Carmen with Lanzarote Investments. I dealt with Alex who was fantastic to deal with and so helpful. I would highly recommend Lanzarote Investments if anyone is thinking of purchasing.

I own a land in Lanzarote but I live in France. I visited Lanzarote investments real estate during my short stay in Lanzarote and I was amazed and impressed by the hospitality, conviviality and honesty of the staff !!!! I’ve been in contact firstly with Miss Naomi then with Mr. Mirco Alexander Jonas who dedicated hours of his precious time to drive me to town hall then to the ayuntamiento in order to check out some information and details about my land. After that, we were not able to locate the exact location of the land because neither town hall nor the ayuntamiento were able to do so… He took the old map then and drove me to the land !!! It was like a safari adventure! And he is so experienced with roads and very familiar with the landscape…. At first I thought that he was the owner of the agency because he is so dedicated to his work !
Many thanks to Mr Mirco. I recommend this agency to anyone who wants an outstanding service and loyalty.

If you are anything like me buying a property abroad is a nerve-racking prospect!! Well you dont need to worry if you use Craig and Lanzarote Investments.
When you are buying you want to deal with someone you trust and who has the knowledge to guide you through an enjoyable but stressful time. Craig was amazing, his knowledge and straight talking helped us choose the right property for us. There was no pressure and no agenda, all Craig wanted was the best for us even if it meant losing the sale.
I could write about 3 pages as to why you should use Craig and Lanzarote investments but I will try and sum it up: RELIABLE, KNOWLEDGABLE, TRUSTWORTHY, HELPFUL, PROFESSIONAL.
Thanks for helping us realise our dreams.

I bought a villa with swimming pool in Costa Teguise with Lanzarote Investment.
Ms. Clarissa Antonini Is very professional and helpful in the total procedure, always, from mediation with sellers to preparation all documents, everything. IF YOU WANT TO BUY OR RENT PROPERTY IN LANZAROTE I SUGGEST TO DO WITH LANZAROTE INVESTMENT AND WITH MS.CLARISSA ANTONINI. THANK YOU FOR ALL.

Professional company, competitive fees. We were very impressed with the marketing particularly the video and photography. Highly recommend whether buying or selling in Lanzarote. Our place sold very quickly

I recently purchased an apartment through the Puerto del carmen branch and dealt with Abbie . She was super helpful throughout and gave us all the right information and made the whole process seem a lot less scary. Would recommend the company and the girls who helped us at the notary were very nice and helpful. Couldnt have navigated it without them. Would recommend them over and over. So excited to start my holidays in our new apartment. Its a dream!

Had an initial meeting with Aurelio from this company to look at a property in Costa Teguise, its still very early days for me in planning to buy a property but Aurelio was happy to meet me and explain a few things, very welcome and friendly, hopefully can meet up again in the near future

I highly recommend Lanzarote investments if looking to purchase a property in Lanzarote. They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable and are there with you every step of the way, even after our completion they are still willing to help with any queries

I cant recommend Lanzarote Investments enough. They supported me all the way through the sale. Extremely professional, and a great team.
My property was difficult because of the Spanish paperwork, but lanzarote investments guided me through every step of the way, even going out if their way to get the relevant information, as my Spanish is muy mal.
I am leaving the island, but if I stayed here and wanted to sell again, there would be no hesitation in using them again.
Thank you team

Our experience with Lanzarote Investments, led by the exceptional Adam, has been nothing short of amazing. From the moment we stepped into their office, we were greeted with professionalism, warmth, and a genuine eagerness to help us find our dream property.

Adam truly went above and beyond to understand our preferences, needs, and budget. He meticulously arranged property viewings that aligned perfectly with our criteria, saving us time and effort. His genuine passion for his job was evident in the way he paid attention to every detail, ensuring that each property we visited matched our vision.
Thanks to Adam and the entire Lanzarote Investments team, we are now proud owners of our dream retirement property in Lanzarote. The entire journey was made smooth and enjoyable, all thanks to their exceptional services.

Amber was brilliant from our first email enquiry until even after the completion of our house purchase in Playa Blanca. She honestly couldn’t do enough and this made the whole process much easier. Thanks
