Lovely setting.
Lovely setting, room was clean and tidy, comfy bed, nice warm shower. We took two camping chairs with us as nowhere to sit which we knew before we arrived. Great location for exploring the area.

Wonderful stay, in this lovely property.
Stayed here with my wife just after new year. What a fantastic place to stay. From the warm welcome from Carl, till the day we left, everything was great. Everything was very clean, and there were lots of extras included, even a bottle of bubbly on ice for us. Even things like a coffee maker, and an air fryer were in the cottage, which is unusual, but very welcome. The hottub area is very private, and has a great view over the countryside. As a couple that does 3 of 4 of these types of stays a year, I can happily say that this is right up there with the best we've stayed in. Well done Carl and family, you've got something special here.
There are only 2 things that we could see, that could be improved. 1.There are hooks to hang your towels on by the hottub, but when the lid is open, they end up behind the lid (easy fix to move the hooks). 2. After using the hottub, we would have liked to have mopped the floor dry. However we couldn't find a mop to use.
These are such minor problems though, and I will have no problem with recommending this property to others.

Antwoord van Last Minute Cottages
Hi Ben,
Thank you for getting back in touch.
We can see that you left a review on 22 December regarding your dog not being accepted at a property you believed was dog-friendly. We responded to apologise for your experience and to let you know we were happy to investigate further.
As we couldn’t locate a booking under your name, we asked Trustpilot to request some additional information from you so we could properly look into this. This is part of Trustpilot’s verification process, which usually gives reviewers a set timeframe to respond. Since we didn’t hear back, Trustpilot or we may need to flag reviews to ensure they reflect genuine experiences.
Your review is still visible and has not been removed. If you did make a booking with us, we would be glad to help resolve this once we have the necessary details.
Kindly note, you can contact us on to discuss your concerns on 0203 637 0812. Alternatively, you can email us at support@snaptrip.com.
I look forward to hearing from you!
All the best,
Katie
