If I could give zero I would.
Ordered a rotary washing line, it arrived in an open box with packaging ripped. The courier has taken photos as he didn't want to be responsible for anything missing. I have emailed as I want to return the product only to be told £12.50 will be taken from the original amount.
Avoid at all cost no customer service diabolical company

Customer Service none existent.
Description of product inaccurate. No postage refund for error.
No communication.
Will never use again.

Was sent a damaged bin lid, so they sent a replacement, also damaged. I now have 2 damaged bin lids and they will not reply to my emails !!??

Allowed me to order and item, put in my postcode (part of UK), took payment…….nothing . Emailed asking for update and told they don’t deliver to that part of the uk. Payment will be refunded in 2 to 3 days. Terrible service !

Ordered a galvanised steel rotary washing line, paid £60 for next day delivery, on top of £300 for item. 4 days later still not received, phoned company who said item would take another few days to arrive. Was not prepared to refund next day delivery charge I had paid for, so cancelled order. Was told I would have to wait at least 10 days for refund. Customer Service woman was very snooty and offhand. Am hoping to get full refund, but looking at reviews on here its not likely. Don't use this company, they are a rip off, advertising false information. Will contact trading standards to report.

Bought a triple bin, little over a year and the lid has now broken. Not worth the price if the longevity isn't there.

Avoid this company. Purchased a washing line (leifheit 600) list price stated at £343.13 discounted to £219.95. Discovered you can buy same item direct from manufacturers website for £189.99
Cancelled order following Laundrycompany process, they sent it anyway and refused to refund me the full amount holding back money for delivery.
Whichever way you look at it you are being ripped off

Avoid avoid avoid. If I could give 0 stars I would.Purchased a 60ltr touch lid bin less than 7 mths ago and it broke. Had a replacement that also broke with in 2 wks of using.Offered another replacement lid but I refused.Been going back and forth with customer services for 6wks trying to get a refund.Today I got so fed up with waiting for a reply. I have taken a 80% refund and been left with only one side of my bin working. This company couldn’t care less about its customers just about money. DO NOT BUY from them. Reviews say it all.

Bought a hover from them lasted 3 weeks then smoke started coming from it. Still trying to sort out who to send the item bk to to get a refund or a replacement. Also paid for Saturday delivery costing an extra £10.00 and when the hover didn't arrive I phoned for them to say they don't do Saturday delivery's. Still not received my 10.00 back either

Ordered an item and paid for next day delivery to get an email later saying it was out of stock. Money taken from account and no sign of when it might arrive! Did not say it was low or out of stock when buying!!! Avoid!!

Ordered a touch sensor bin. Ordered at 9-00am on Wednesday long before cut off time for next day delivery. I paid for next day delivery at £9-95, received email at 9-30 to say order received with next day delivery quoted on there and tracking number. Parcel did not arrive. On tracking no tracking company advised so had to track several companies to find carrier. Hey ho parcel not received at depot until today and not out for delivery. Contacted customer services by email got this ...emails may take 5 days to respond to as many staff working remotely and we are currently affected by world events.
Don't waste money on next day delivery and poor customer service. Yet to see if item comes undamaged

Based on my experience I would avoid this outfit like the plague. A simple two item order was made on 13.10.21. Money taken immediately. No goods were received. I queried this. I was told they had been lost in transit. I was promised another shipment. That failed to arrive. I cancelled my order and asked for my money back. I was promised that within 5 working days. It's now 19.11.21. No goods or money refunded, despite chasing twice more. I've had to go to VISA to get my money back.

The Laundry Company carried out my order for a rotary line for my father efficiently and it arrived in good time. Unfortunately my father isn't able to use the line himself, as a bit of strength, which he doesn't have, is needed to engage the screw that holds the line up into the slot. I use it when I'm at his house, but we have kept the old, dilapidated line for him to use.

Excellent service! Did have a faulty handle on the rotary airer delivered to us, but the Laundry Company dealt with it immediately and efficiently and the replacement arrived within no time. Would highly recommend this company. Diane and Dave

I received delivery of the HILLS HOIST Rotary clothesline, which I purchased via the Laundry Company's website. It was packaged securely and delivered earlier than expected. I am delighted with my purchase and my husband installed the clothesline permanently with concrete mix.
