I ordered a Hills rotary drier which when delivered was not in the original packaging and only partially wrapped in black polythene. Possibly black bin bags I’m not sure as I never opened the packaging.
When I contacted the Laundry Company regarding the delivery and the fact that the pole was scratched due to the drier being improperly packaged the lady called Rosie very kindly informed me that it was merely cosmetic damage.
When I advised that I purchased a new rotary drier and wasn’t prepared to accept the damaged product she said that it would cost me £12.50 to return the item.
To add insult to injury the carrier that they arranged the uplift with failed to turn up on the day agreed despite me taking a day’s holiday to wait all day for the collection.
I have since ordered the drier direct from Hills which arrived in the original packaging with an outer box for further protection.
If the Laundry Company had supplied the order in the same condition I would be writing a very different review.

I am disabled so i had to wait for a neighbour to come free to fit the clothes line but now it is working it is the best thing since sliced bread, just a small complaint it had no invoice with it so we do not know when guarentee starts or runs out.

Ordered a replacement for a bin I’d bought from The Laundry Company over 12 years ago which had become a bit tired. The item arrived within a couple of days by courier and, despite being well packed, was unfortunately damaged in transit. After contacting the customer service department, a replacement was sent out to me and received the next working day.
The entire customer experience has been impeccable from start to finish. Highly recommended company.

This is the second Leifheit Linomatic we have purchased from you over a few years. Much better than the traditional rotary dryers.

Received my ironing board cover, quite pleased with it except all covers now seem to have changed design by having the gathering toggle at the pointed end which is not a good design for my 50 year old ironing board that has the space for the iron to rest attached to the rest of the board!! So I had to adjust it to fit and stay on my board. but as it was a good price no complaints...

I had not had a new washing line for years, so thought I would treat myself to an upmarket one. It does all it says on the pack but only being 5’0” tall it really is a bit high for me even on the lowest setting and I haven’t even tried to get the cover on it yet!! It is a really strong piece of equipment and I love that it can be heightened to catch the breeze.

Very pleased with the Vileda Rotary Dryer, it came well packed and the delivery was quicker than I expected, the only negative is that when delivered it was placed against the wall at the rear door, my wife seen the van drawing away but had no idea he had just delivered the package to us, just to inform you that we have a ring doorbell and on looking at the video no one rang it, apart from that we were very happy with the service and would recommend you.
