Terrible service, ruined my shirt
I sent Laundry Republic a bunch of shirts to be washed and pressed. One of the white ones was returned pink and full of stains. I complained, and they asked me to send it back so they could "investigate what happened."
After 2–3 weeks with no communication, I finally got an email saying they had “got rid” of the pink shade and were giving me £20 credit as an apology. The shirt still came back pink, now damaged from all the chemicals they clearly applied. £20 credit is insulting when the shirt cost over £100 — and I have no intention of ever using their service again.
They charge premium prices, take much longer than competitors to return orders (unless you pay an extra £10–15 for “priority”), and clearly have no quality control in place — not even to spot an obvious issue like this upfront or offer proper compensation when they ruin an item. Avoid.
