Beware when ordering. Lavitta charge £3.99 p&p, and allow returns. BUT - You will wait more than 3 weeks for a refund and if you do not read all the sites advertisements when sales are on, will have more money deducted if you need to return as well as losing the £3.99. Worst experience I have ever had ordering online. You can not return to shop, returns have to be by post, obviously returns are NOT what Lavitta want to encourage. I will never ever purchase from them again, you have been warned

The cardigan is not as described as description states soft and fluffy but actual product sent is eyelash yarn which I do not want ..the colour is beige and not ivory.and I cannot print the returns labe lbecause my computer is not compatable with the programme for printing .I am very dissatisfied and was going to purchase a faux fur jacket when available but will not buy again from Lavitta if this is the service

I have only one problem with my experience with Lavitta. You recommend using the Royal Mail, I do not have a printer & followed your instructions only to find the Post Office did not offer the service of printing my label. I had to get a member of my family to print my label. Shame as it is a great idea.

Needs black skirt, it's important for me

delivery four, five days, In wear Lavitta clothes most of the time, I have numerous pieces and they are all very comfortable and easy to wear.

The garments I purchased were okay, the sizing was smaller than I had expected, the material was thin and quite cheap looking. However as I had purchased them at half price I decided to keep them. They will be ok for wearing around the house
