Hawke endurance ed 8x42 binoculars
I bought a pair of Hawke endurance ed 8x42 binoculars in the sale, with £100 off which caught my attention. Only issue was that the delivery was showing as 10 days. Anyway, I duly ordered said binoculars, and the following morning I received both an email confirmation, and a telephone call informing me that the item was in stock at the Bath store, and would be delivered the following day! The binoculars arrived as promised, and I have to say I'm very impressed not just with the item, but with the service I received from start to finish. A special mention to Graeme at the Bath store who was particularly helpful.

Bought a pair of binoculars on line during the last few days of the sale. I was kept informed of the progress at every stage. The website stated ‘allow up to five days for delivery’. I glad to report the binoculars were delivered in two days by a reputable delivery company.

Brilliant service
Brilliant service, goods arrived as promised, were well wrapped. The DPD service was good, with a secure pin system adding confidence that the parcel would not be chucked at my house (or another!).

Excellent second-hand scope
I bought a second-hand scope, and even though the description was very representative of the item, I still wanted to communicate with the branch and get some more info. To my delight, the branch seller was extremely helpful and was clearly very experienced with scopes as he kindly answered all my questions. I ended up buying the scope (it was just as described by the seller and the online ad), but not before getting a small discount! Scope arrived very quickly and was wrapped in all sorts of protective packaging. Definitely recommended!
