I ordered the Fujifilm XT-5 with 16mm-50mm lens online after first discussing options in the store in Exeter. The camera was delivered promptly and without fuss and trying the various products in the store itself was very helpful. Overall I am very pleased with the purchase, the product and the experience itself.

I wanted to try out a couple of lenses on my camera, one of which the Exeter branch had in stock and the other not. They sourced the second for me and could not have been more helpful. This is customer service as it should be. Excellent product range, competitive prices and great service. I am very impressed.

Review zonder uitnodiging
Delivery problems.
I purchased a Canon PRP-310 printer at 2.30pm on a Thursday afternoon, I realised that I was close to to the time limit for next day delivery but all of the correspondence indicated that I would get the next day delivery. However the printer was eventually delivered on Monday. The box was clearly damaged and had been sealed with a tape with the message 'repaired by DPD'. The printer was not damaged. and deserves Five stars.

Great service again
There aren't many, if any, decent photographic shops where I live so I usually end up with a bit of a shopping list when in the UK, and it's always a pleasure to deal with LCE. Communication is good and delivery reliable and quick.
