Saw a Fuji lens I have been after for a while on LCE website. Was very good value. I ordered it at 2pm one day and it was delivered on the dot 9:30am the next day. I had a similar experience a year ago with LCE. Can’t fault them. Also the lens, if anything, was in a better condition than the description so I was very pleased.

Decided to sell my camera equipment. So i filled out the quotation form , and received a quote from the Manchester store.
The quote was quite low, and after a lot of back and forth communication i finally accepted the offer.
I was asked my full name and address and preferred pick-up date. Which i provided. I also asked the question, do i need to securely package these items? (i assumed i did) , and is the postage already paid for? (i assumed it was).
No reply, i waited in the house all day on both the days i suggested for pick-up, with the items packaged ready. No-show, and still no reply.
So now they have my name, address, email, phone number. Perhaps that was all they was after. As i cannot fathom what else they were doing.
Pretty bad experience really. (I ended up selling the equipment for a better price elsewhere, with no issues)

Easy to order required item (Canon 2x Extender) which was delivered quickly and well packaged.

Competitive pricing, easy to order and good delivery service.

The only issue was that because I don't use Pay Pal and paid using a credit card, you would only mail the goods to my registered address and not to the address I needed it to go to at short notice. This caused my granddaughter some inconvenience.

I was having difficulty claiming the cash-back offer that came with my purchase, as I hadn’t realised it needed to be done online by the customer. When I contacted the store to enquire about it, a member of staff kindly explained how it worked. Upon realising I was struggling with the process, they generously offered to submit the claim on my behalf.

The Manchester Branch was very helpful in advising on delivery options and arranged "Click & Collect" from the LCE Portsmouth Branch. Good communications from Staff at both branches resulted in swift, safe arrival of my purchase. Goods were exactly as described and competitively priced.

I saw a lense on the Manchester site 2nd hand I e mailed them within a few mins I had received a reply from Gary bought the lense and he kept me updated the whole way along and the lense came the following day. Superb service and couldn't fault them at all.
