Very efficient service. Unfortunately wrong filter size sent with lens purchased. I highlighted this and emphasised frustration as lens and filter purchased for a holiday setting off on within 2 days. Correct filter arrived next day!

I recently purchased the Sigma 18-50mm f2.8 DC DN Contemporary lens, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The ordering process was smooth and straightforward, and the lens arrived quickly and very well packaged.

The price was really competitive compared to other retailers, and the customer service was outstanding – I had a quick question before ordering, and they replied promptly with helpful advice.

The lens itself is fantastic – compact, sharp, and perfect for both photos and video on my Sony A6400. I’ll definitely be coming back for more camera gear in the future. Highly recommend this company for anyone looking for reliable service and great value!

Traded in a canon lens as part payment towards Nikon binoculars. The process was flawless from arranging pick up of the lens to receiving the binoculars. Took camera in to asses for repair. Staff kindly pointed out the 'user error' in that the focus was set on manual and not auto! All done with kind words of understanding and free of charge. Perfect.

Searched for a particular camera which was out of stock everywhere, when LCE received stock immediately ordered one which I received within 3 days. Was kept informed as to where the camera was at every movement and it was delivered within the time slot given.

This is the first time that I have purchased from the London Camera Exchange, buying a used Nikkor lens. The whole experience was faultless and delivery was quick, the lens arriving in central Scotland from Bristol the next day. I am happy with my purchase and the condition was as described. I use the store regularly and advice is good and helpful. I can also pop in and browse which is a great advantage to online.

I decided to trade in my Nikon 500mm PF and 1.4x converter for a new Z 180-600mm lens.
I emailed LCE Nottingham and Aaron replied, we quickly worked out a very good trade in price and I visited the store to complete the deal. Aaron checked my trade in items and I went ahead with the purchase.
I few days later returned to enquire about a better lens collar/foot for the 180-600mm
I spoke to another member of staff Aron
and he made enquiries about the Leofoto NFC-01 for me and I was told it could be ordered in.
A couple of weeks later I was informed of its arrival and visited to purchase the item.
I’am extremely pleased with the way the staff dealt with my enquiries and made the whole purchasing experience a pleasure. The new lens is another fine Z product from Nikon and I have no regrets parting with the older lens.
I will definitely return for future purchases.

Bought a lens online which was out of stock at most other dealers. Simple ordering process and lens delivered next day as promised.

I got my new lens delivered when I was away on holiday and my compliments to the delivery driver, who didn't wann a leave it by the door, but handed it over to my friend. It was properly wrapped and only 3 days between ordering and delivery. I recommend the London Camera Exchange wholeheartedly
