We were sorry to hear about your delivery being an issue. As your order was placed on a Thurday Evening it was despatched on the friday making Monday the earliest delivery which was the 6th. Unfortunately this was the earliest delivery possible from the receipt of your order. We hope you enjoyed the French Cidre once it arrived.

Great service
Great service. Fantastic choice of quality wines at competitive prices. Bon Vin is the only supplier in the Uk of my favourite wine producer and offers an almost full catalogue of grape varieties. Impressed by the prompt service and rapid delivery. The delivery was safely packaged.

Very efficient.…
The items that I ordered turned up very fast and in perfect condition. The only complaint for which Le Bon Vin is not responsible is that the courier left the parcel upside down despite it being very clearly marked as fragile and which way up it should be.

Excellent service even sorted my stupid mistake of muddling billing and delivery addresses. The query was handled with politeness and tact. I am very grateful, delivery was prompt and everything was fine.

OK service but packaging could be better
Easy to use website, and prompt delivery with competitive prices.
But I was a little disappointed with the way all six bottles were packaged, 3 the right way, 3 upside down, wedged in a box that was too small. I'm surprised they made it intact.

We are pleased to hear that you are happy with our service. However I can assure you that we never pack our wines as you have described. They are packed in secure double walled boxes and then placed inside another double walled outer box. It sounds as though the carrier has damaged your box and because nothing was broken they have repackaged it in one of theirs. This is very rare that they do that as they usually return it to us to be repackaged.
I’m pleased and surprised that they reached you intact.
I hope this experience doesn’t stop you from using Le Bon Vin again.
