www.legendsgallery.co.uk Reviews

I ordered 3 shirts at the end of August this year. I still have not received the shirts and although i have emailed them numerous times, I have not had a response. I would advise anyone to steer clear of this online seller..

I have used this site for a few years and had no issue until my last two orders, the latter order order had a wrong year of the team, no replies to email to try and amend this, decided id keep it anyway, was great quality as usual. Ordered a different top 20th Aug used google pay, received no confirmation email, contacted them and have no replies, no one answers phone, 6 emails unanswered and now handed over to the banks to dispute.

Above and beyond to get you what you’re after! Delivery was great too

Taken my money and never received product!

Do not use this company!! I have never received my order yet money taken immediately. Unable to speak to anyone via email or telephone despite numerous attempts by myself.
I used them to support small business but have been left disappointed and out of pocket. Would hate for this to happen to anyone else.

AVOID!!!!

I have ordered a medium Arsenal 1979 FA Cup shirt on the 27th May. I have had no confirmation. Just on the website and the money has been taken from my account. I appreciate it says a 2 week turnaround but I have emailed twice now and not heard a response. I have rang as well and no one has picked up. I am at a loss. I have googled and it seems that this is the only way to get a response. I’m not normally one for complaining but it was meant to be a present and I need to know if it is coming or not.
Please help!

Made an order at the beginning of may. No confirmation email or order number.
Emailed the company 3 times between 9th 18th May with no reply. Phone number stated on the website doesn't work.
Luckily PayPal refunded.
Do not use.

i ordered a man utd shirt back in november 2025 it was at the time out off stock, they offered me a refund but i said i would wait for a restock,i have noticed for a while the are still advertising the shirt i ordered but as of yet i have had no indication by them off a delivery,i have tried to contact them numerous times and ways without any satisfaction, maybe if they read this they will reach out.

I purchased two items, I have received only one of them.

I have emailed the company so many times and received zero response.

They leave me no option but to contact my credit card company.

I would recommend avoiding at all cost, scam artists of the highest order.

Hi, posted an early review calling this company a scam but having received my order of the Argentina '78 top I am happy to retract that. The shirt looks great and is a really good replica. The problem I had with the company was communication. I didn't receive a comfirmation e-mail and subsequent e-mails went unanswered. That said the product was delivered in just over two weeks and like I said looks great.

Still waiting to hear back on a faulty shirt over a week later. Have sent pics and explained what's wrong with it. Unfortunate as up to that point, all was going rather well.

AVOID SCAMMERS . I ordered a shirt back in December and they sent the wrong size. After numerous emails that went unanswered i sent the shirt back as it was close to the time frame allowed for returns. They eventually contacted me stating they were in receipt of the returned shirt and would replace it and offered me a mystery box for any inconvenience. 3 months and 34 unanswered emails I still haven’t received either and am 40 pounds worse off. Still wont answer emails and the phone number they provided is automated. BEWARE as they are unreliable and scamming people of their money.I asked for a refund through paypal but due to their refusal to answer any emails the time frame had passed. BEWARE NO SHIRT OR REFUND. They are l purchasing from sites like DH gate for 12 pounds and selling them on for 35 if you are lucky to receive them !

The price was very good about £15to £20 less than some other places.

Got sent the wrong shirt. After emailing, I am still awaiting a reply 5 days later? 😡

Wrost! Everything from start to 🔚 lol. Thanks

Really really disappointed with this company. I bought a tracksuit a month ago and I'm still waiting. I sent a email and they told me that i had to wait 14 working days, after 14 working days I sent many emails and none has replied. I phoned them but none pick up the phone. Avoid this company otherwise you will lose your money and your purchase.

I ordered three shirts and have only received two of them. I emailed you twice last week regarding the Italy long sleeved shirt with no reply back apart from that the two shirts received are great but the customer service terrible as the phone number you ring you don't actually speak to anyone.

I'm still wait for my order. Really bad communication.
