Staff at Bury are fantastic and willl always go above and beyond to try and make sure you are happy and catered for. From the work shop guys to the sales team, I can't thank them enough for the service over the last 30 years and too many instances to mention. Old school values and service. Spot on

I took delivery of my bike to amazement the boxes were all damaged, the packing for such an expensive bike was awful.
The bike, box and accessories were not in there, not even a tool to put the bike together.
I will be contacting Yeti directly to have some light on this matter.

He handed the bike over when I went to collect too and talked me through the apps needed and set up the suspension so all good to go.

I recently purchased an e-bike from Leisure Lakes Bikes - Bury, and the whole experience was spot on.

The purchase itself was smooth and hassle-free. The bike was properly set up before collection, and the team took the time to help me get the suspension dialled in correctly rather than just sending me on my way. That attention to detail really stood out.

I also ended up spending a small fortune kitting myself out with gear, and the staff were brilliant throughout — knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely happy to help. They even offered me a brew while I was getting sorted, which was a really nice touch.

Overall, a great experience with friendly, professional staff who clearly care about their customers. Would absolutely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to go back again.

Placed my order online as the item I wanted was out of stock. Received confirmation of my order and updates regarding collection by email.
When I went to collect from store (less than a week of placing the order), the staff were friendly and helpful.
Can't review the actual item as they're my grandson's Christmas present. However I know he's had these before and has always been pleased with the fit and quality.

Dropped my Specialized bike in for electrical issue and it was fixed and ready the next day free of charge under warranty.
Really appreciate the fast response from the Lesiure Lake's workshop team.

Simple process, ordered vouchers as a Christmas gift for my nephew, only negative would be that I received an A4 print out with QR code not actual card vouchers as expected, can still spend and that’s all that matters I guess.
