Professional service and helped me after when I needed to call for advice .

Items were not included in the delivery, after a number of calls finally a LUCY sorted it out.
She was very helpful

I ordered MTB clothing and shoes for my forthcoming cycling holiday , communication from the get go was pretty poor I am sorry to say , it was an online order that I bought on finance that aspect went fine but taking your money usually does go fine , the parcel logistics were awful I requested DPD but got Parcel Farce and what a farce Six no shows over an 8 day period that stretched to a final cancellation & a refund no clothes for my holiday
Had to chase the online sales team at Leisure Lakes for updates the nearer my holiday loomed the more I chased, in all fairness a guy called Will did try to help but was met with the Parcel Farce tracking app that gave little information except the Parcel was not being delivered today again &again
For an online business that relies on a courier network that is unable to relay the progress of its packages in realtime is a big handicap,
I would not use Leisure Lakes ever again purely based on the fact they didn’t deliver
My contract was with the supplier not Parcel Farce and I feel very let down

Ordered a bottom bracket online. Hoped I'd got the right one but chose click and collect so I could check on pick-up. Staff quickly assessed old BB and crank and advised me I needed a different one and sent me away with the correct item. Very friendly and helpful.

Leisure Lakes Bikes have been going for over 40 years and I have used their services for over 8 years now.

In 2021 I bought an expensive EMTB from Leisure Lakes Bikes and I paid more for the bike than what other (sole online retail) retailers could offer me at the time.
Leisure Lakes Bikes have decent physical bike shops all over the area I live where their stock can be viewed in person, ordered in if required.

I bought a ladies saddle to go with the bike and they called up to ask if they could fit it to the bike for me before shipping it.
The delivery worked really, with ideal packaging
