Found item I needed online and picked up from your shop in Stockton

Bought an item online for instore pick up. Got receipt stating item ready for collection, on Sunday 22nd Nov travelled to collect buy item not in store as stated. Staff in store apologised and organised to send item in a few days max. Another full week went by so phoned store. Item was there with sticker on to be posted but hadn't been dispatched. Item sent by DPd next day. Received on 6th December. PS it was also a different size to the order!

Excellent choice great service would recommend

Could not recommend these guys enough came in with a problem with a bike i purchased else where no hesitation fixed straight away brilliant friendly people all round thanks guys

Stockton on tees branch at GoOutdoors seriously need to work on the customer service skills. I went in tonight to buy a bike for my daughter, when I asked for advice about sizes I just got told to use the chart on the wall.

I then walked around looking at bikes but not once did anyone asked see if I needed any help, the guys just remained behind the till chatting with each other. I had no choice but to leave the store and purchase a bike at a different shop.

There lack of help cost Leisure Lakes a sale, so I would highly recommend some customer support training. If you’re looking for a helpful local shop use Peddlers at Redcar!!.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff and a good selection of bikes at a reasonable price. Good after service.

Collected the bike and didn't feel a need to do a check over it i just picked it up and carried it out of the store. Once I got it home I noticed that the rear brake need some adjustment as well as a fine tune of the gears which I had to do myself., which was disappointing.

Took a lot longer to get the delivery but that may well have been Royal Mails fault. Correspondence with the Stockton on Tees shop was pretty good

Great customer service, only gripe was a click and collect order, was told it would be 2 days (ordered on the Sunday) phoned up Tuesday to see if there was any updates to be told to just wait till I receive the text informing me it’s ready to pickup. Heard nothing up until friday pm so decided to call up Saturday to enquire again to only be told it’s been sat waiting since Wednesday and they must of forgot to update the order on their end. Not the best experience but not the end of the world, just poor lack of communication. What made it worse is they had a load of the product on the shelf!

The items I ordered turned up very promptly and when I had to return a couple to the local shop the assistant was extremely pleasant and helpful

Quick and easy pickup from the store. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Took my bike in as the front brake was damaged. Got a call to say there was a lot more wrong with it, including disc contamination and it was going to be £300+. I thought some wasn’t right so I took the bike to wheelbase in Darlington and they charged me £89 including the parts!

Fast delivery, simple purchase, no coms either way, I did try to call customer services and local shop but no answer.

Husbands bike had broke suddenly, we took it back to Stockton Branch spoke to Paul and the bike mechanic, no problems whatsoever he started on the bike straight away looking for the issue, nothing was a problem for these guys, very polite friendly and know their stuff👍 thank you Paul for your amazing customer service and to the mechanic (sorry I don’t know your name ) thank you for your amazing service you guys are the best , highly recommend this branch, they go above and beyond for you , hubbys bike was fixed and ready to pick up the next day👍please don’t hesitate to go to this branch all the staff are great and approachable thank you once again .

I had decided on the Cube Agree Pro Aqua and was visiting family in the UK during November and as the Cube Agree was new to my country they did not have my size, but also the cost to purchase was far less in the UK. I contacted the Stockton branch in August and Paul mailed me back straight away. As the Cube Agree was very limited and no stock in the UK , Paul managed to get me one on back order from Cube in Amsterdam. Paul kept me updated through. Unfortunately the bike did not arrive on the day I was about to leave and as it would be delayed by 4 days I changed my flight obviously at a cost to make sure I could take the bike back with me. When I picked it up from the Stockton branch Paul had made sure that the guys in the workshop had assembled the bike as quickly as possible so that I could get home and pack it in my bike bag for the journey home. The icing on the cake was that Paul gave me some discount off the bike which certainly covered the cost of my change to my airline ticket. We both had more grey hairs but I would certainly recommend them. Thanks guys

I have recently taken up cycling again at the age of 63. I bought a second hand electric bike from a friend. I,m loving getting out on the moors with it.
I unfortunately got a puncture, so I called Leisure lakes bikes in Stockton. They said I could take it in the next morning. The staff were very polite and helpful. I’m out of my depth with all this new stuff. The gentleman who fixed the puncture also checked and cleaned the chain without me asking. He advised (but did not push) items I should purchase. All the staff made me feel confident in their abilities.
I will definitely be back when the bike needs a service

I bought the item on click and collect as it was the only shop that could get one. It arrived when promised and I was messaged to let me know it was in the shop, all went smoothly

Fantastic straightforward service. Had phoned ahead to source a part which they fitted as we waited. Saved the day for our cycling trip up north! All staff very friendly.
