Great service and friendly, helpful staff!
I bought a bike from Leisure Lakes Bikes online and it was delivered and built in the Ulverston store. I am very happy with the bike, it was ready in the timeframe specified when I placed the order and I received a text message when it was ready for collection. When I collected it Phil was extremely helpful and gave great advice to get me started. I couldn't have received better service and would highly recommend Ulverston Leisure Lakes bikes.

Found a retro part
Called for a retro brake pads PLEASE CANCEL and they calked back within 10 mins to say one in stock .. bike fixed and back off road again thanks for such an excellent service

I visit this store regularly over the last ten years.

Great service all round
Great service all round . Kept me up to date when bike was arriving and then when it did arrive had a couple of minor problems. Took it to my local shop in Ulverston and they sorted it straight away even though they were really busy. 10/10

Great service and friendly staff
I've bought a few bikes from the team in recent years and have always had a good experience. When the inevitable warranty issues crop up I've always felt supported by the team at the shop, they've sorted them out quickly, and with good communication, which isn't always the case elsewhere.

I got a text to let me know that my order had arrived at the Ulverston site and it was earlier than expected :)!
When I got to the shop I was greeted by a lovely chap who was really helpful :) (unfortunately I didn’t get his name) :(!

Visited Leisure Lakes Bikes in Ulverston today and had a fantastic experience. The staff provided excellent advice on child bike sizing and selecting a first geared bike, which was incredibly helpful. When I tried to purchase a new bell for my son's bike, they generously gave it to me for free. Their customer service is top-notch, and I highly recommend them. Thank you, Leisure Lakes Bikes!
