Despite the initial delivery date email being wildly inaccurate, when i called to query delivery date they were fantastic and i was able to collect the next day.

When i went to pick up the next day the personal service was awesome and made me feel special

Let down by your delivery service - Royal Mail shocking. Helmet still not arrived 3 weeks later.

We ordered a dirt jump bike from leisure Lake bikes and received really great service. We are informed of every process of our order and the staff were very helpful on the phone. Our bike arrived on time and was packaged really well. We checked it over for any damage and it was in perfect condition and ready to ride. My son loves it and has already put it through its paces on our local bike track thank you and we would highly recommend using you again.

Online ordering easy,finance easy and clear,staff at york branch very helpfull at the time of collecting and after,couldn't understand why this couldn't be collected by a local branch 5 miles away had to travel 60 miles away to the same store but didnt phase me really I get free fuel.

Ordered online and the bike was ready the next day. Everything simple and easy. Great friendly staff and the bike looks great.
