John was great no pressure, looked at as many vans as we liked. buying was just as simple and hand over was excellent, making sure i was comfortable with all the devices in the van

Poor after sales service. We had a couple of minor issues but the service was very poor. Still not resolved.
UPDATE I phoned the number they gave me and they are taking my complaint seriously, for which I am grateful.

Great service from Dave at Leisure Sales. He provided us with advice and access to a number of caravans and gave us the time to look at them.
The sales process was relaxed and the handover was excellent.

I bought a Bailey Phoenix from them this April and found that the brackets that hold the front panel to the floor have torn through the panel. I requested my money back and they are refusing, saying they are governed by what Bailey say even though my contract is with Leisure Sales. I have had to contact a solicitor.
So their customer service is useless, I have a new caravan that I can’t use! Further to LeisureSales reply that can be very misleading to the public. The damage is not cosmetic and you will remember that we discussed sending the caravan back to Bailey to have a new front and roof fitted, I wouldn’t call that cosmetic. I reluctantly agreed to have that done even against the advice from the Caravan club technical help line and you quoted a time frame of 12weeks. The next day you called me and said that Bailey would do a cosmetic repair at my home and if I wanted this repair done at the factory, it would be at least May 2024.I don’t think any member of the public would be happy with that. I don’t know what photos you sent to Bailey but I will send a set of my own that I put on the Bailey owners Facebook page. Everyone who looked at them were appalled. I will also send you a set along with drawings of what’s happened so that we are all singing from the same hymn sheet.

Just recently bought a Swift Wrenbury L from Dave in Sales. What a pleasurable experence. Dave was very thorough and explained everything to us in a friendly, pressure free and professional manor. Even when Dave was away on holiday Die and John were very helpful. Neil did a great job on handover day explaining all the features of the van. As an experienced caravaner I leant some new tips and advice as well. We love the van and would definitely buy from Leisure Sales agan!

Bought Bailey from leisure sales at caravan show. Dave H kept us informed throughout as the caravan was prepared and delivered to site.

Day of hand over was excellent and team spent time explaining the caravan and showing us all aspects. After sales support has been positive in dealing with teething issues and highly recommended as trusted source for anyone considering a new or pre used caravan

We have bought two new Leisure sales Swift models first in 2018 and again today.

Becky in 2018 and John this time have been extremely helpful and knowledgable.They were also very patient with us as we returned several times to decide which model suited us best. We were never pressurised.

John was very clear and fair with our part exchange and always replied promptly to any queries or emails.

The showroom is very spacious and you can look and compare the models on display at your own pace uninterrupted. There are also a wide range of second hand vans to view outside.

There is a pleasant cafe and a very well stocked shop on the site.

Special thanks to Neil who gave us a very detailed and helpful one hour hand over which taught us a lot - even after five years caravanning.

Just took delivery of our 2nd caravan in 2 years from leisure sales,the whole purchase experience from John and the whole team was again first class. We travel from Chester to use Leisure Sales passing other dealers along the way because of the welcome we always receive from everyone on site. Its a pleasure to feel valued, thanks again John for making the purchase and delivery of our new van today a memorable experience for all the right reasons, this is the 5th van over the years that John has sold us and he never fails to deliver and go the extra mile. Bought out second caravan from John and the experience was fantastic again. John is so helpful and goes above and beyond. We also had an amazing handover from Neil who showed us what was what on our new caravan and gave us sone fantastic tips. Can’t recommend them enough.

Just bought a brand new Bailey Porto , John was most helpful and a lovely guy nothing was too much trouble . I would definitely use Leisure Sales in the future. Thanks John for everything .

Recently bought a brand new dealer special caravan,so far no problems,excellent service from John in sales he sorted us a good deal out and couldn’t do enough for us, only minor gripe would be the part ex price on our old van compared to other dealers we were offered was a bit low but with johns fine deal we couldn’t refuse so thanks for a straight forward easy process.

I had a problem with a piece of equipment and Mark helped me out. I would recommend doing all my caravan shopping here. Every time I go they have something new and you can’t possibly do without it!
If you need something and they don’t have it, they will order it for you.
It is a very friendly atmosphere and all staff are helpful.

Some of the staff here need training in customer interaction. We came across a particularly surly character in the accessories department. He seem to resent our presence and the work he had to do to get rid of us. We were, at the time, only buying a relatively cheap accessory, which we had to return because it did not work as expected, but he couldn’t have known that we may have been potential customers for a £30,000 caravan. Fortunately there was another caravan sales place up the road, so we went there to see what they had and if the staff were more welcoming to potentially good customers.

New to caravanning would like to thank John for all the information, support, and reassurance shown to us throughout our purchasing process, he really went above and beyond for us and we really appreciate everything he did for us, also thanks for in depth handover process, really helped to get us started with set up etc. Leisure Sales have a great team and would recommend them to anyone.

We have just bought our first ever caravan from Leisure Sales from John Chaddock, what an amazingly friendly knowledgeable guy, couldn’t do enough for us, if you want to buy a caravan, I would definitely go see him, also big shout out to Neil who did the extensive handover, can’t thank them both enough for making this such a pleasant experience.

Just like to say what a fantastic experience we have just had while purchasing our new caravan from John at leisure Sales. Nothing was to make trouble, very organised and friendly. Neil also top marks for our extensive handover. Looking forward to some fantastic get aways in our lovely new caravan 😁

Bought a new Bailey cabrera in December. Had numerous issues which have still not been resolved. Leisure sales blame Bailey for not having parts available however most of the faults just need repairing not replacing. These could be done whilst we wait for other parts. Leisure sales have poor after sales and do not reply to telephone calls or emails unless you continue to bombard them. We are 9 months down the line and still no repairs done. Won’t be buying from this company again.
Since this review leisure sales have contacted me and the service has been great. This review would have been 5 star if leisure sales had kept us up to date or carried out repairs while we waited for parts without us having to keep ringing them.

Can't give enough praise and thanks to 'John CHADDOCK' from Leisure Sales - for his fabulous service at short (no!) notice and his lovely patient and welcoming manner. He was fantastic! We bought our Bailey Pursuit caravan from LS a few years ago and we are made up with it and the service we had. In this current heatwave we 'landed' on LS Cheshire last minute on a Friday afternoon. We turned up looking panicky and knackered ( mid holiday) together with panting labradors. John came shooting out - offering help and assistance with a lovely smile. He put us at ease right away and sorted our problem in no time ( to do with our jockey wheel). I can't thank him enough. It was his lovely manner and welcoming attitude that was amazing ( not found too often these days in other companies). We have his card and will definitely contact him again if we need anything. We have mentioned him to all of our friends and family - in recommending the company - but focusing on John himself. He is the best by far. Leisure Sales ! John deserves an award and a medal for his customer service!
