I hate that 1 star is required. If you have any authentic Tiffany & Co. you can easily compare the quality of the bag, or whatever, you already have to what you get. Fake, fake, fake. I can't believe I trusted them.

Update: although I feel I was treated fairly, typically there is NO protection for Canadian buyers. All international sales are final. Even if you get a fake. Please stand for all your buyers or do not ship internationally.

The sizing is off. The condition description does not match the merchandise nor does the online photo. I returned an item but couldn't get a cash refund but had to use my money as a store credit. I've shopped from leprix several and have been disappointed each time. I'm done. To future customers caveat emptor.

They took quite a while to ship the item out. I had to remind them and only then was it shipped out. I was told that my refund was issued a week ago, and yet the funds have not been returned to my credit card account. Although you may be enticed by their selection, their refund process is frustrating and you have to keep going back and forth with customer service, and sometimes you may not even receive a response. Think carefully before parting with your money. If you change your mind and return the item, it may be quite a while before your funds are restored to your account.

Although the luxury items sold look good in the pictures and sound great via the description, I have found that actual item once received matches the description. For example, "new" shoes means shoes worn for a week or two......additionally, customer service is very difficult to work with regarding a return or refund.... takes weeks.... beware.

I was looking everywhere for my first pair of designer pumps. I was kind of hesitate because of sizing but I messaged the seller for additional information and they were so helpful. I ended up buying a pair of Valentino Rockstud's and absolutely LOVE them and paid 75% off retail. I would totally recommend this site to anyone thank you!

LePrix is the best site for all things luxury consignment! I have purchased many vintage pieces from them and have been extremely pleased with every item. Customer service was very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions/concerns I had. The transaction process was very smooth and items arrived within the quoted time frame. I'm giving LePrix a 5 star review. Their customer service response time and issue resolution is amazing. The level of commitment to authenticating the products on their website is on point and they take this issue seriously. I will only purchases of my Chanel and other high-end handbags through this company.

Love that I can stop In and shop at all consignment shops in one spot at the same time! I look for my favorite designers in my size and/or color and it’s already been screened by consignment experts. It’s such an efficient way for me to find what I love. Want all my girlfriends to start using LePrix!
