This is a stupid, money-grabbing grift of an organization. Let’s walk through why:
1) you’re paying for a race for $80 ( that’s the bare bones, “I just want to run”) with zero communication about how you’ll get your shirt and bib.
2) you get a bullsh*t email about two month later telling you essentially they’re ransoming your bib and entrance into the event for $25 additional dollars to be mailed to you. What kind of “hidden fees” nonsense is that. However, you do have an alternative—you can physically pick up the stuff you paid an exorbitant amount of money for already in person between 11am and 4am ON A WORKING DAY.
3) The address for bib pickup is nowhere to be found.

I absolutely am not happy about my favorite race company's switch to this site. It looks like it could be fun, but once you register, you better have access to your registration information. The stupid code that gets sent. The verification of my birthdate and email address? UGH! It's just a pain. I tried to join a team from my phone for a race I had already registered for and it was terrible. I am not a fan of change, and so far not a fan of this site. It has random information on my past events. In complete and everything else. The site used by the race company before, from the user end, was SO MUCH BETTER! GTFOH with the booking ID. That's a hunk of junk. If I can log in with a user name and password, that should be good enough.
Thanks for the comment, but it doesn't help. Do race registrations REALLY need to be that secure? I have no comment. I'm not happy. I don't want to jump the hoops I will have to jump through. AND the race information for my person isn't complete or thorough. Hope that at least is better in the coming days. Not a fan and hope the other companies I do races with don't transfer to this site, is all I can say.
Do away with the ridiculous level of security, OR AT THE VERY LEAST LET US SET THE LEVEL WE WANT. Meaning, get rid of the code, and have all my completed races, and I might change the score as 2/5 is pushing it. But because the site "works" it's getting 2.

Excellent service today, couldn’t find confirmation email as issues with my email but all sorted very quickly. The automated service at the beginning was very good as well with lots of options to my initial email.
The amount of help I received was outstanding. Frankie was very quick at responding and addressed all of my issues promptly. This made things a bit easier when dealing with a lot of other issues. I definitely received 5-star service!!!!
Very fast response to email question. I sent the email late at night and received an AI-generated response with a lot of information related to my question. Then, in the morning, I had a follow-up email from Manuel with the exact info needed. I have now also downloaded the app, which is superb
I have had mostly negative, frustrating experience with Let's Do This. The ATC encouraged people to sign up a year early for the PRR. Even if you were already a member, it led you through a tedious process of apparently needing to renew your membership (maybe all this was meant for non-members); before completing registration. Finally, at close out in the cart, I noticed that I was simply renewing the same 2025 membership I already had ( i.e. paying double); so, I quit the site and will wait for regular renewal and signup. I don't recall being able to get anyone on the phone to resolve a problem. I wasted valuable time filling out all the info only to leave the site.

Had an issue where I never received my race registration but Let's Do This was super easy to communicate with + quick to fix the problem!
I paid for a membership over a month ago, to plan and book runs for the whole year, to motivate me to be active (following a health condition which I’m recovering from). The membership should give me a discount on the runs I book, however it doesn’t work – no discount is applied to any run I book. I’ve tried more than 30 times. I have been emailing Run Through and Let’s Do This, multiple times for over a month, who just keep saying that an engineer will look at the problem. I’ve had to explain the issue over and over again, send screenshots, and chase them up – with no resolution at all. It’s been a total waste of time and energy, and I feel demotivated and stressed. I want to cancel the membership (because I am paying for no benefits at all) and the one run that I booked, but despite requesting this several times for the last week, they still haven’t been cancelled and I haven’t been refunded.
The customer service has been dreadful - ineffective, inefficient, and totally patronising. They’ve just told me to “be patient”.

The platform is a little confusing to get started (mainly because I have never used one like this before) but the support team were helpful and very responsive. I had a question about accessing the platform in the morning and the problem was resolved before lunch!
As a charity partner, we tend to deal with a lot of moving parts so when getting signed up to the platform, we didn't read through the guidance (as we should have!). It was difficult to figure out how to resolve the issue but with a quick read of the guidance and some very timely support from the Let's Do This team, we managed to resolve the issue and get signed up super quick!

Because when I Participated in the London Marathon2026,I accidentally clicked on the Liabon Marathon.At that time,I want to get a refund,but it seems that the rules abroad are very different from those in Taiwan,so I startrd to ask by Let's do this about refunds or participation in the event.Later,I chose to Participate.Of couse ,this requires a lot of courage.After all,Taiwan is really a thousand miles away from Portugal.Later,I slowly got to know Frankie,and he began to slowly solve my problems and difficulties.Until now,I have a written certificate of participation im the Lisbon Marathon,and I can slowly deal with my work problems in the Lisbon Marathon.
I’d spent ages trying to sort out a problem I had, no one was taking any responsibility. I contacted Frankie and she sorted my issue out in minutes, one very happy customer.
I got prompt and honest answers to my queries. They told me exactly what was going on, and when things got delayed, honestly admitted it and mentioned what was in their control and what was not. There was never radio silence.
The positive perseverance of the team supported me to help resolve my query
