The quality of your products never ceases to amaze me. I got the smaller revolving wooden pen holder, and it is just beautiful. The pens are showpieces in themselves, and now I can show them off.

First time I shopped at "Levenger" in a long, long time. The Lady on the phone who took my order was efficient and pleasant. The Fountain Pen I ordered arrived. I love, in particular, the instructions about how to handle a Fountain Pen, very helpful. So far, the pen writes beautifully. I am sure I will order some more items down the road. Outstanding company to work with and that is what you want in a business that deals in these types of products. My experience with their customer services have been minimal and that is the way it is supposed to be. We can forget this simple fact. When we make our purchases, we should not be worrying about a "What if...?" scenario. The quality should be there. If it isn't, then you are shopping at the wrong store. I think Levenger is the Right place to shop for the things they have to offer. That says enough.

I haven´t received everything I ordered. I also bought Circa Refill Quintet, but it wasn´t in the parcel.

Your products are beautiful, and not easily found elsewhere. They are perfect as gifts, including as a gift to myself ( upon occasion).

I have found your check out process a bit confusing, especially in applying discounts. But it is not so confusing that I do not keep returning when I need a special gift.

Your shipping costs are way high compared to Amazon, colorado Pen, Gold Pen. And the shipping is very slow.
