I was so dubious of this sort of call when I got it. I had been through other companies trying to get my rates reduced. I got over 8K back within 6 weeks and my rates have been halved. Don't miss out , I nearly did. Super happy and it took me 20 mins of my time.

I was a bit sceptical at first but I invited the rep, who explained the process thoroughly with me, took some photos of our property and I signed up. I had to supply some sales figures which wasn't hard to do. I didn't actually think we would get anything back, but they managed to get us back a substantial sum back, I did look at doing the process ourselves but believe it was worth the 35% fee. Very professional dealing with everyone from the company, and would recommend.

LHL reached out to us as a small company and initially I wasn't sure about whether this was genuine or not. However, following a meeting with them, they assured us that this was all above board and were able to support us with getting a substantial amount reimbursed for business rates.
