I worked with Orianne Williamson (my advisor) and she was extremely helpful as well as patient for a first time buyer like me. She answered all the questions I had when selecting my Life insurance cover and my final decision was hugely influenced by expert advice she provided. She is also always available for any follow-up questions I have and I am pleased with the service levels. I highly recommend Life Financial Services to anyone who is looking for advise and assistance with general insurance and other related products.

I have previously worked with Hema as my mortgage advisor who was fab, and recently followed up with some other importance financial products with Matthew who also great. Financial products can be quite confusing (and sometimes boring and morbid) but Matthew did an awesome job of debunking and making them accessible. Between the two of them i've had a wonderful experience getting my mortgage and protecting it. Thanks :)

We cannot fault the service we received from Life Financial to secure our mortgage. Our broker Chloe O'Keeffe went above and beyond to offer us advice, talk us through the process, put the application together and to push it forward. At the start of the process she spoke to us almost everyday on the phone to gather together all the information that was required and went above and beyond to secure an appropriate mortgage on the tight timeline we were working with. She was also incredibly responsive over email when we had any questions - we felt like we were in good hands and she made a process that can be daunting for first time buyers as stress-free as possible. Once the application was completed and the mortgage insurance applied for we were moved seamlessly over to Nicole Creelman who handled the ongoing administration and was also completely on top of the process and easy to each. I cannot see how we could have had a better experience.

Neil was very helpful in figuring out my needs for content insurance, including checking my existing policy to see what was already covered and what needed to be added.

As first time home buyers, we initially felt very daunted by the process but we received excellent support and guidance throughout. Our experience with Andrew Roberts was particularly positive. He made us feel comfortable and at ease; no question was too simple to ask and he gave of his time so generously to go over things that we didn't understand. Due to his expertise we also chose to use the service to explore our Life Insurance options.
