I will say that 3 out of 4 people were…

I will say that 3 out of 4 people were super! There was a guy who seemed to have an attitude, he didn’t greet me, smile or respond to me, otherwise the testing didn’t take long and was a great experience! I’m certainly glad I did this!

I would like to give you a zero

I would like to give you a zero, but I, Mary E Whitehead have still not received my results from my April 1st screening as I cannot get into my portal with my phone # and cannot use my email address because my husband, Larry Whitehead, use the same email! When I signed us up I was told he would be added to the email as a second person & now that doesn't work, how sad, right! They told me they had to mail the results as that would be the only way I could get them and it may take 23 to 27 days to receive them, lies upon lies, that seems to be what your company does best after charging a huge amount of money! They did want to fax my results to my Dr., but I explained that, that was not an option, so then I got a lecture about how to talk to my Dr. and about how I should be more patient and positive, easy to say when you aren't the one paying the bill, and the fault lies with YOU, not my Dr. or me just you! We are not getting another email simply because your company doesn't have the wherewithal to know how to operate with one email! All the many different companies and institutions that we deal with do not have a problem with us having the same email, just your company! I was told on April 1st that my cholesterol was 277, but my recent cholesterol test taken at my Drs clinic was 150, and this happened at my last session with Life Line when she could not get a reading so she said it was over 500, really, but it was 198, a couple of real screw ups, right? The only blood test Larry got that he didn't get at his Drs office was for testosterone, and who knows if that is accurate, but I was told he would have so many more tests than what he gets from his Dr, another lie! The only person that actually tried to help me at all was Alicia and she could not get into my portal using my phone # and asked IT about it but they did not think it was a problem! I have called so many times and have talked to so many different people and all I got was lies, more lies and I still do not have any results and now it is May, 1st! Do you really think I would recommend you to anyone, but I guess there is always Facebook to complain to as that reaches a lot of people, and the State of Wisconsin with consumer protection! And that is what I will have to do if I do not receive my results soon, as I was told they sent them out, but Alicia found that they were not sent to me but to my portal! Why is this such a cluster fudge? I could write a book on the way you handle issues, or don't handle them and that you just don't care! There was two reasons that my Dr didn't want the results sent to her, and one I shared with Miss be patient and be positive, the second reason I did not share but I will now, my Dr thinks you make too many mistakes and that upsets people, you know like my cholesterol numbers or you state that certain things are good when they are not! Says Larry's PSA is normal but did not assign a number like his Dr does, so maybe you don't really know what that number is, after all what is normal? Normal for a young man or normal for a senior man! You get an F for failure all around!

I felt too rushed the moment I arrived. I was told to left my water bottle out of my sight like a child. More importantly, I WAS NOT PUT ON ANY ELECTRODES , when I called the Place once back at home, they told me that their system was down to call back...I called back two times but never a response or credit. I will never use again or recommend this company

They all were very friendly except for the gentleman that did my abdominal test. He wasn't rude but not very friendly.

I am hard of hearing(I wear Hearing…

I am hard of hearing(I wear Hearing Aids) and I told the man right away that I needed him to speak up. During the four tests that he did on me, I only understood one thing he said which was “laid down”.
For elderly people who do not know the area, it would’ve been nice to have a sandwich board at the sidewalk to which you could see. I drove by two times before I finally decided to go into that parking lot. The lady behind me also said the same thing to me inside as she also got lost.
