I like that I can do everything all in one location. Everyone was nice and the procedure’s were fairly quick at each station.
Once you fill out the pre-registration stuff online before your appointment date, it’s a quick check in.

The process was smooth - not many competing customers in the queue. I purchased the gold package - which I understand is supposed to include an osteoporosis screening (one of the reasons I chose to proceed with a Life Line Screening).
However, my test results did NOT include osteoporosis information.
I tried several times to forward a query about the lack of complete tests results, but the site wouldn't let me submit the question. I was finally successful in submitting my question just a few days ago and have not yet received a response from LLS.
I would appreciate an explanation as to why my package seems to have excluded the promised test, and an offer to correct the issue.

UPDATE: I just received a response from Life Line, which state that osteoporosis screening is not included in the Gold Package, which I purchased. However, per their website's summary, osteoporosis screening is supposed to be included in the additional package I paid for.
