Don't expect things to go your way. You will pay for their mistakes.
We were informed that the place for the screening was changed, but that we should still show up at our appointed time. I went there, but Life Line showed up nearly an hour later. I was the first there, but one of the last to be called up, and that only after I protested that everyone called up first had later appointments. I didn't get screened for A-fib because their machine was broken. No refund for that. The tecnicians were kind and helpful, but the organization is dysfunctional. The change of venue was not their fault, but their response to it was abysmal. Many of the paid customers simply left in disgust without being examined. Even with that, my wait time was over an hour, one of the last people served.

Everything went quite routine and punctual. Results are diagnostic and not taken very seriously by my primary care doc. This year I hope to get results that I can print out and share with my health care providers.
