Can't recommend Life Physio and Roberto enough! Came in with knee pain, he instantly got to the root of the problem (being my hips/ glutes not my knees) and within three sessions had fixed the problem, and given my exercises to help prevent it in future. 10/10 experience

I can’t recommend Roberto enough.

I was suffering severe knee pain five weeks before a marathon. He got me back on my feet. I ran that marathon without any knee pain, and finished in a fantastic time.

Roberto got right to the root of the problem. Each session was incredibly effective. I liked that he worked with me to help me achieve my fitness goals. He never told me to stop running, but he made sure I did it in safe way for my body. He gave an immense amount of support from advice over email, to scheduling an emergency appointment for me at short notice.

I am incredibly appreciative of everything Roberto did.

Roberto is the most effective physio I've seen. I had knee and elbow pain, all of which resolved completely after treatment that included massage, acupuncture and targeted exercises. I would highly recommend him.

Got to say, this physiotherapist is the best in central region. All the team are awesome and very professional from the receptionists through to the physiotherapists. 😁

I saw Roberto to treat a knee injury. I went thinking I had a ligament tear, but his treatments released a lot of muscle tension and the knee was quickly back some normality. He was very knowledgable and gave great advise on how to move forward to continue home treatments. I would fully recommend him.

Roberto was extremely helpful. We tried several different treatments and recommended me to a specialist. What makes him stand out imho was his flexible approach and personal attention, this is very rare and to be commended.

I have been seeing Roberto for the treatment of TMD / jaw pain. Roberto is the only physio I came across who could really help me with this condition. Even though I was only able to see him a few times, Roberto's treatment was effective and he showed me different exercises that would help and gave valuable advice. I would highly recommend Roberto!

I've been to a number of physios over the years and Roberto is the best. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and thorough. He has been treating me for TMD (jaw clicking, locking, pain etc) for a few months now and my jaw always felt loads better after a physio session with Roberto. Highly recommend!

More recently he is helping with age related matters. You can safely put your trust in Roberto. I can not recommend him highly enough.

I have been seeing Roberto regularly for five years and I cannot recommend him highly enough. I have arthritis in my lower spine and his sessions really help to reduce my pain. I have also had other problems and he is great at looking at my body as a whole and problem solving to find the route of the issue. He is extremely professional and personable.
