I bought the Expedition Clamshell Wheeled Duffle Bag from Lifeventure ahead of a two-month trip. On opening, I noticed a seam on the internal storage had pulled away from the zip. With only days to go before departure, I sent a late-night SOS.

Jamie from customer service was excellent. I received a reply first thing the next morning, a courier collection was arranged immediately, and when there was an issue with the collection, Jamie sorted it straight away and followed up with a phone call to make sure everything had been resolved.

Faults can happen, but great customer service makes all the difference. Jamie went above and beyond, and the replacement bag proved to be a great piece of kit: tough, practical, and well designed.

Jamie was very helpful in sorting my problem quickly. He was very understanding and patient with me. I received a prompt replacement in the post. I cannot fault the customer service, just brilliant.

Looking for tough duffle bag for skiing holiday including holding ski boots and helmet. Found Lifeventure and liked the look of the Expedition 100L duffle bag. Wanted more details and Chris Barker at Customer Service promptly provided more detailed information. Satisfied, I ordered two bags and also got two thermal mugs. Bags look and feel tough, with everything as described by Lifeventure, so strong materials and zips, quality wheels and extended handle plus rigid base and end meaning they actually stand up properly, unlike many others!

Good products but abysmal delivery with Royal Mail. For Heaven's sake, please use someone else that can actually deliver, rather than these jokers!

Very good travel bag for a good price, with quick, no hassle delivery. Recommend.

I enquired about a spare part for my water bottle. Received a very quick response from a customer service representative.
They looked into what I needed and had it in the post to me within days.
One water bottle that has been saved from the bin and can be used for years to come. Thank you very much

I have bought a few things from Lifeventure , a 120l wheeled bag , some plastic cutlery and most recently a 100l wheeled holdall . The quality of all items is great . I'm really impressed with the 100l holdall , unlike most wheeled holdalls , this one is very stable and it's really well made and looks great as well .

Lifeventure brand on amazon.es sells stainless still things under titanium like look and write.

If they counterfeit you, please make sure they are not here. As of now I think it is you selling these here.

I have 2 Lifeventure flasks, one 500, one 700. I always buy these due to their tough durability, good quality and superb retention of heat for my hot water. The 500 one is my faithful friend that literally goes everywhere with me on long work journeys. Suddenly this one had a problem, which I've never experienced before. I contacted Customer Services. It was Jamie who promptly responded requesting photos and then a follow up call. He identified the problem and sent me a new flask after disposing of the faulty one. This kind of rare efficiency and personal input from Jamie made my day and once again I'll have my faithful Lifeventure flask as my faithful companion on every future journey. A huge thank you to Jamie and Lifeventure. This means so much to me.

Straight away I got a very helpful and supportive response with reasonable requests from Jamie.

This genuine issue on a life venture wallet zip fault/failure was much appreciated and sorted with no fuss.

Portable rucksack
Bought 2 of these. Great they are so small and u can take on walking holiday. Weigh nothing as extra rucksack . Only thing is they lack internal zip pocket for valuables . I improvise and have a travel wallet inside . Wouldn’t be without one !

My umbrella stopped opening. I contacted Chris in customer services and he was very helpful. They assessed the problem and sent a replacement immediately. Great response.

I bought a medium Trek Umbrella two and a half years ago. Japan is the land of umbrellas but this one outclasses any I've seen in Japan on my many visits. The auto open / close feature is extremely helpful when you just want to grab and get protected from the rain. Quality of fabric and construction is high. So one joint finally broke on me, and LifeVenture replaced the whole item under their 3 year warranty, no quibbles. Now that is what I call customer service. I'm buying more as a result, for other family members.

Der er bare lige det problem, at den ikke holder drikken varm.
Efter et par timer er drikken afkølet så meget at man ikke kan tale om en varm drik længere. Låget er ikke isoleret godt nok og føles varm indtil indholdet er koldt.
Kan ikke anbefales, hvis der er behov for at holde indholdet varm mere end et par timer

Placed an order for some usb hand warmers recently and although out of stock the company took the time to email and explain. I purchased some alternatives which I am over the moon with, as a long term sufferer with cold hands these are exactly what I need, they are just the right size and weight and feel nice in the hands, the temperature control is great and easy to use. Generally a well thought out product, just wish I had discovered them sooner :-)

The best thermal travel mugs EVER! Mine never leaked... until I lost the seal. I called Lifemarque,spoke to Matt, who figured out my problem & promptly posted out the seal and a spare ( which arrived in the post the next day ). I was blown away & haven't experienced customer service like that in a very long time. And especially not for a product with such a low price tag (normally this kind of product would be made in China and rebranded by another another larger company, thus ensuring there is no aftercare)

Not ordered from these in years. Saw an advert for Black Friday reductions in email, and ordered a few items on offer. Including a couple of insulated thermal mugs. And from their sister site, Lifesystems, I too ordered responding to offer email, a couple of fire starters units, and a cheap outdoors headlamp. All seems to have arrived OK.

Excellent company with great customer service! I swear by their outdoor gear, fairly priced and lasts for years and year. Every design detail has been thought out. Had a small discolouration issue with ellipse cutlery set the other day and lifeventure customer service representative Chris Barker was super helpful and efficient, replacing it within 2 days! I have never experienced this sort of service from any other company. Very impressed and delighted with my lifeventure purchases.

Great company. Useful kit. Good service. Also sell you the spares for dirt cheap unlike others who charge through the nose! Have bought thermal mugs, flasks, mosquito nets and kit for my kids - no complaints at all.
