Fantastic company and quality products.
I brought the lights and I was so impressed with them that I recommended them to my work colleagues and friends and they will be buying these very shortly.

Have ordered 3 sets of lights for our garden absolutely love them they are very robust and affective. Ours go right around the garden. We have had lots of lovely comments about them and friends have also bought them. Last winter when it had snowed, the snow sat on top of the bulbs it was lovely. Highly recommend them 😊

Just read the reviews as I was checkout this company to make sure it was legit before ordering. Glad I did form the reviews on here regarding customer service, no phone contact I won’t be using this company. Thanks to the reviewers

Very frustrating to keep receiving an automated email reply and no direct number to call to speak to an advisor, received an email on the 28th July to say my order as been dispatched and with Hermes, its now the 10th August and still I haven't received my order or an email with an explanation from my last email sent on 8th August.
If someone at Lighting Legends can reply to my emails regarding Order 15118 that would be greatly appreciated.
Customer service is none existent I will be contacting the ombudsman if i don't get an update with in the next day or so.

What great customer service, I contacted Rob about some bulbs that had failed and not only did they promise to send 5 replacement bulbs he gave care advice too. All that and great looking lights that transformed the garden.

Delighted with the service, from ordering to delivery was three days. Product well packaged on arrival, and easy to install and connect.Lights appear to be well constructed and fit for purpose.

Great lights and excellent customer service Would recommend

Ordered a set of 10m string lights - having measured and re measured the space before ordering.
Lights arrived and was initially really impressed with quality etc.
Only issue was they weren’t long enough.
Transpired that the spacing between each bulb is incorrect and therefore overall length reduced.
Should have been 1m spacing but turned out to be 90cm - reducing total length by 1m…
Contacted company via email to advise / query this and was told that the spacing is an approximate (even though image shows twice the spacing to be 1m) and that I could order additional lengths if required.
Made do with what I have and just rejigged them so they kind of fit.

I ordered one set of lights plus an extension. I was really impressed by the quality and whenever I emailed them with questions they replied. I ordered another set of lights and my garden now looks lush ready for my daughters birthday.

I find the fact they don’t have a phone number is really frustrating as there was an issue with my order and I requested to cancel before they were dispatched several times, but I’ve have no reply to my emails.
The lights then arrived and I refused delivery so they would go back directly to them. I’ve now emailed twice since refusing delivery to explain the situation and request confirmation of when my order can be refunded…but as expected I have still nott received a reply.
£170 odd has been taken from my credit card and I am concerned than no one seems to reply to me to confirm when I can expect it to be back on my card or even to acknowledge my contact.

The box was sent directly back with Hermès and was not even opened.

If someone at Lighting Legends can reply to my emails regarding Order #13192 that would be greatly appreciated.
Basic customer service seems to be missing here, I’m hoping I get a reply soon so I don’t need to contact the ombudsman etc.

Just received the lights, very prompt with order and delivery. Received 3 days later. Have put them out to try them and we love them even during the day they look good. Just trying out different ways to hang them to get the best effect and not difficult to move either. Will definitely be ordering some more when decided what we need.

Really nice set of warm lights. Well made and fit for purpose. I have connected to a timer for all round best ambient moods. Thank you.

Excellent set of festoon lights - worth avoiding the cheaper sets, as these are great quality at a reasonable price. Well impressed.

Delighted with my festoon lights, so much so I bought a second set and extension cable for me .... and some solar lights for my daughter in law.

Very happy with our heavy duty string lights - just what we wanted and the ability to order an extension cable has made our purchase very flexible in how we use it. Really quick and efficient delivery - arrived exactly when they said it would. Really good service.

Seem to be good products although haven’t had time to fit them, previous purchase was disappointing as although IP rated outdoor lights they have filled with water and are impossible to drain (not sure how water gets in and not out!)

Hopefully this new version will be better.

Absolutely love this lights they are so nice had a little problem with a cpl of bulbs but lighting legends were very good to sort this out would certainly recommend

Top class quality string lights, which enhance the garden beyond belief, ruggedly built to last in all weathers. Fast delivery time, too.
Unlike cheaper copies, these have replaceable bulbs, so no having to put up with dud bulbs to spoil the effect. Well done, Lighting Legends.

Excellent lights and I would not hesitate to recommend them. However I seem to have had the same issue as some other people in that one of the bulbs was broken. I will have to order a set of spare bulbs.
For that reason only I give them four stars.
