Great customer service. Ive had the Outdoor Elite Festoon Waterproof Heavy Duty lights for almost 3 years now and not a single one has ever gone. Great quality lights. My son has just smashed two with his football so ive just been back on site to buy a set of replacement bulbs. So easy to change. Quick delivery, would highly recommend.

Fantastic set of lights , large bulbs with a lovely glow ,easy to attach to garden fence , quick delivery . Purchased 2 sets of outdoor lights ... the quality is fantastic, and so much better than the previous sets I've bought of Amazon. The products are also backed up by a great customer service team ... the service I received from Ciera was first rate.

Easy to use website for initial purchase, which also suggests relevant accessories and allows you to easily update your order (even once the initial payment has been processed).

Items were dispatched within an hour or so and delivered the following day.

So swift was the service, that I actually thought that they’d forgotten the accessories I’d added on - so I emailed customer service. Within 20minutes of receiving my query, I received a very personable and helpful response. It turns out that they are so organised that they’d packed ALL of the items into a single box, for easier delivery.

I have messed around with other companies and ordered lighting strings which looked good on the advert.. but were actually awful.. along with the aftermarket bulb replacements which were all half dead when they arrived..
The whole rig eventually failed, and we were about done with garden lights..

Until I can across this company and their lights.

Having used Lighting Legends products over the last few years whilst upgrading my garden set up I recently had a fault with one of their festoon light products,
Despite being out of the guarantee period Ciera was extremely helpful and offered detailed advice and discount off replacement products.

I rate this company most highly. I have bought festoon lighting from them on several occasions since 2020, different lengths of cable with extension leads as well as both warm white & multi coloured bulbs. Not only is the product excellent, it is truly waterproof, easy to install, delivery is fast & prices are competitive! What more can one ask?! Customer service? .... second to none! Their response to enquiries is prompt and very helpful.

Purchased heavy duty festoon lights, with IP65 waterproof rating. Like some others who have posted here have experienced, ours failed due to water ingress in less than 2 years. If you are outside of the 12 month warranty period, don’t waste your time trying exercise your consumer rights on faulty goods. They will give you fairly cut and paste responses telling you it couldn’t possibly be an issue with their product and it is your fault for not maintaining them properly, or that water ingress on waterproof lights should be considered as normal wear and tear. It’s a shame dishonest traders like this still exist. Save yourself the hassle and buy cheaper ones elsewhere with Amazon or the like - if there’s an issue you’ll at least be covered!

Awful company. Returned an item and they refused to refund despite my circumstances. Take your business elsewhere - there are far better and cheaper companies out there who don’t offer such shoddy customer service

Great lights

I wish I could post a video on here of the electrical fault that would of ended in a garden fire had my electrician boyfriend not heard a hiss, saw the sparks and was able to stop it from turning into a massive, dangerous problem. Apparently I was given an aftercare form with my lights. (Who knew lights needed aftercare!) I was offered a discount on my next purchase. No accountability on lighting legends side. Apparently the consumer has the responsibility to check there’s no faults with the plug in lights. We managed to avoid an actual fire. I’m writing this so no one leaves theses lights on and unattended.

2nd time I’ve bought from Lightning Legends.
The product quality is excellent.
Packaging is first class.
Delivery was excellent, received next day delivery from YODEL.
The communication from there support staff couldn’t have been better.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company.
