****Update ****
I have now received my refund. I realise that you need to complete details on web site even if you send a copy of a tracking ref. It's been stressful for me, but ultimately successful. As a result I have given them another star.

This company are a real shower of poop I am owed £75+ for swimwear returned within 30 days and copy receipt sent. Unfortunately I did not realise I needed to complete a couple of boxes on the website so now they are telling me I am outside 30 days and don't qualify for a refund.

If I had realised I was buying from a Chinese company fronting through a USA address there is no way I would have bought from them.

THESE ARE CROOKS AND TOTALLY UNETHICAL.

I love Liligal! I found a beautiful dress to wear to my Niece's wedding, got tons of compliments. The fit was great, material was beautiful and I felt gorgeous in it. Their return policy is quick and easy to follow and they help you along the way. Thanks Liligal for making my special time so awesome!

My dress is simply beautyful and it fits perfectly. Good quality. I love it !

I bought 3 dresses and one was beautiful but the other 2 were not true to what was advertised. 1 dress the colour dye had run and where it was supposed to be black there was yellow stripes running through it. The other dress there was a lotus flower that was all pixelated it didn’t look good close up. Overall I’m a bit disappointed.

I received both dresses ordered in a timely fashion with tracking. Material is nice but very very heavy~but they do look like pictures and are beautiful. The cut out designs are raw edged with no seams and that was a bit disappointing but my lace sleeve dress is beautiful and my husband loves it.
When I mentioned about the cut out design, Liligal was quick to want to please and very kind in response and partially refunded my PayPal account without my even asking!
Honorable company who truly knows customer service! I have since placed 2 more orders! Other advertisers on Facebook are being exposed as scammers, but this is a legitimate 5 star company folks!

I ordered before reading the reviews so I was worried, but everything has been excellent, I was originally quoted 4 week delivery time, but parcel came in one week. The quality is excellent and the packaging, Very happy

I’m not sure why all the low reviews but I absolutely loved all of the stuff I ordered 7swimsuits) I actually ordered them a size bigger and they were actually a size bigger so I had to get them altered a bit ... but everything looked exactly as pictured and they came in the amount of time they said they would which is about 2 weeks

I ordered two tops in October, recieved them and they're too small. Have tried to send a few tickets on how to go sbout returning them. No address to b found to send them back to. I used PayPal so will try to have them work on it.

I purchased some garments a while ago. After my angry comments, I got a very satisfactory resolution on my purchase and got my refund very fast. I’m very thankful that the company management understood my complaint and the negative response from a call Center person was not from the company itself.

Well how disappointing. I received my order for a Button Detail Printed Half Sleeve Tee today. The photos shown on the internet were nothing like what I have received. It looks like a total SACK which I would never wear. Into the bargain, the back of the tee has a black top which matches the sleeves but the bottom half of the tee is brown, a colour which is not in any other part of the tee. Unfortunately this site does not allow me to post photos or I would showing the comparison from what is shown on the internet to the sack I have received.

MODLILY and LILIGAL are both in China... I have ordered 4 bathing suits... was lucky enough to say they fit quite well. I was not forced to send them back but, when dealing with any of these pop-up websites I get concerned... Just be aware....

I needed to return my swimwear and there was no problem getting my money back. I reordered and because I was going on holiday they did everything they could to get me my new order. It arrived in double quick time. Thanks so much Liligal.com the new swimwear is perfect.

I AM SOOO DISAPOINTED THE DRESSES I GOT LOOK LIKE COSTUME VERSIONS OF ORIGINAL what looks like a jacket over a dress is just one whole piece stuck together, the material is just like a costume. Price wise it's sure worth a lot less than what I paid for it.ToO bad I can't post a pic.

I placed an order for 2 tops from Liligal and was quite worried after reading all the terrible reviews. However, my order came really quickly and I was very pleasantly surprised with the items when they arrived. Both tops are reasonable quality for the price and very flattering. They fit perfectly (I am usually a medium but I ordered large). The fabric on both tops is soft and comfortable. Very happy with my purchase.

HORRIBLE!!!!
I RECEIVED MY CLOTHES THEN HAD HEART FAILURE i WAS IN HOSPITAL FOR DAYS THEN ENDED UP GOING BACK IN TO GET A PACEMAKER. THEY REFUSE TO LET ME RETURN MY CLOTHES BECAUSE IT IS NOT WITHIN THE 30 POLICY.

This is my second review of this company. Again do NOT do business with them. They are impossible to reach - and are not ethical. I purchased items and they were not even close to the right size (and I buy stuff on-line all the time so I know my size). I paid $71.61 for stuff that did not fit. I filled out their "ticket" to return the items and got a return shipping label. I paid $11.48 to return the goods and then radio silence. Once I did the first review here - I got some action asking what the problem was. Told them items returned and no refund. Finally did get a refund - but I was shorted $21.11. Again they don't have anyone you can call and speak to during normal US hours - and filling out a ticket seems to be useless. I guess I'm out $21.11 plus the $11.48 to return the merchandise. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Yes, I received my order (it took a while). The vest I ordered is everything it shows! I love it - great fit! Great purchase! The only reason I gave this 4 stars is because it takes SO LONG to get a purchase - I was beginning to think it was not going to arrive!

They're horrible! 1 out of 5 items fit me as the material is cheap and the sizing isn't true. I suppose they would fit a Barbie doll but not a full grown woman! I didn't even realize that the company is located in Hong Kong or I never would have trusted it. So bottom line is; don't be fooled by the clever photos that look so chic and inviting. It's a scam, plain and simple.
