Got an appointment quickly and the work was done quickly. We were amazed when there was nothing to pay. We have been to Lindley’s before for a service and were pleased then.
We had no idea that a holiday check was classed as a health of the car check and therefore free!

My wheel nuts were not placed back on…
My wheel nuts were not placed back on my tyres although this was sorted 2 days later and my neighbour alerted me to this- very concerned as I would not have known if they had even tightened my wheel nuts up!

Very good team at Basford, receptionist very professional & polite... Work was done in a very good time... Only issue I have is this new surcharge for special oil they are charging another £30 for been over 5ltr to replace my oil... Otherwise I would of given 5 *

Tyre repair
The Lindley's team although busy made effort to squeeze in a tyre repair for me around other jobs. I was able to leave the car with them and collect with works completed by lunch on the same day.

Very good customer service
Very good customer service, for example, someone collected and returned my car for its Service and I was easily able to pay my bill online in safety. I was updated throughout the service and advised when my car was due to be returned. I always receive a reminder for when MOT and service are due, thank you so much.
