I have now used Lindsay's for several purposes over the last few years and would never consider using anyone else due to the excellent service I have always received, firstly for arranging a very quick POA for my wife and then managing her will and the settlement of the estate and sale of her flat.
This time round Samera Ali was my solicitor and managed the drafting of, firstly, my will and then Power Of Attorney. Samera was both very personable and very knowledgable and guided me through the process and things I needed to be aware of and happily juggled meetings to fit in with my requirements. I now have the confidence that my affairs will be properly managed should any mishap befall me.
As noted at the start of the review this is my fourth time with Lindsays and would not hesitate to call on them again and highly recommend their services to anyone.

We used Lindsay's recently to sell my late mother in law's property and have found that everyone we dealt with was excellent and knowledgeable. From Nahdean who valued the property and arranged the marketing of the property, to Gillian and her team who arranged the viewings and to Adele who has been our contact during the completion process. Special thanks go to Adele for her professionalism and persistence in dealing with the buyers' lawyers who have not been as responsive as they should have been. We would have no hesitation in using Lindsay's property team again.

We have now had Lindsays deal with two wills, the wrapping up of two estates, and a house sale. Everything went smoothly though, as with all legal processes, it seemed very slow. However, this was no fault of Lindsays, just the systems they have to work with. Each of the individual cases was dealt with a little more quickly than their estimates, and they kept us right on all the ins-and-outs that might otherwise have tripped us up. The paralegal dealing with us was particularly good, communicated well by email and letter, and was always ready to answer the phone. I'd definitely go back to them but I'd prefer it not to be too soon, thank you.

Erin Peoples our lawyer from Lindsay’s was incredibly helpful in completing our sale and purchase of properties. She was professional and kept in constant contact throughout what was at times a stressful process. Erin shouldered the stress for us and went above and beyond for us. We would highly recommend Lindsays and Erin in particular for sale/purchase of properties.

My first and last experience of this dreadful company was as negative as one can imagine.
Lindsay’s estate agency had no clue about valuing property and have knocked At least £25000 from the value of our house.

The marketing of the property was straightforward, but the conveyancing - negotiating the contract and dealing with the technical aspects of the sale - had a number of complexities. Mairi Innes from Lindsays' Perth team dealt with the issues pragmatically and effectively, with a focus on taking the steps needed to ensure that the sale concluded promptly, and with no avoidable challenges. Lindsays' fees are at the higher end of the scale, but they are transparent about them, and this was a clear example of getting what you pay for. An excellent service.

I would highly recommend Ernie Boath, who set up our Family Trust recently. Joanna Saigeon, also did a sterling job transferring the Title Deeds of our houses. The firm is very knowledgeable and experienced and everything was carried out within a very quick timescale. Both were upfront with estimated costs at the start of the process and we felt in very safe hands throughout.

Ernie Boath (Dundee Private Client Partner) provided excellent advice on a Power Of Attorney. Work was performed very efficiently, and client service was friendly and clear. Fee arrangements were transparent up front, and offered value for money. Recommended.

Found Samera very professional when dealing with our Wills & POA, everything was explained in detail. We would not hesitate in recommending her to friends and family.
