The superb quality and the speed of delivery with easy updates BUT I would deduct a quarter star on the packing which is difficult and dangerous to the contents to open!

We insert extra cardboard in the boxes so the contents cannot be sliced but the bags need to be carefully opened so I am sorry for any inconvenience.

Speedy delivery and easy to manoeuvre around website. These cotton jersey fitted sheets are my go to, all year round. They are cool in the summer and warm in winter and easy care as there is no ironing required.

The quality of the pillows are second to none and the included protective cover will ensure their lifetime. I will return to the Linen Cupboard anytime I need bedding. The best I’ve found since we lost Laura Ashley stores.

Exceptional quality and comfort.
I ordered a mattress topper in an unusual size. I had to wait for it to be custom made. The wait was absolutely worth it. The quality is amazing and the sleep experience brilliant. It has transformed my bed to top quality comfort. I am delighted with the product, and with the fitted sheets I bought to go with it. I 100% recommend this company as their products, delivery and customer service are exceptional.

Beautifully made and finished king-size pillows with strong seams; pillow covers very neatly finished with fine zips and pillow cases had a good deep inside flap. I ordered medium fill pillows as the only option displayed which is alright, but I would have preferred the fuller hotel version I experienced when away from home. Too late I saw the possibility of those later; overall an excellent product.
I subsequently bought small double fitted sheets; both they and pillow cases were Giza Egyptian cotton ; delightful against the skin.
My only disappointment was no small double sheets; why not? Full double too heavy for me.

Could not supply what I ordered and took 3 weeks to tell me so! When I checked the product was still displayed on the website for purchase! Also asked them to stop sending emails to review a product I never received but they still keep sending them. Would give 0 stars if possible

The quilt cover didn’t come with…
The quilt cover didn’t come with matching pillowcases as they always do . Ordered what I thought were spare matching the underside of the cover as I usually do so unless I spend more I don’t have a complete set. Most disappointing. Got in touch with customer support but have had no response
