Litter Bins was established in the latter part of 2012, but is part of the well-established Jaydee Living Ltd business. We pride ourselves on our customer care and if you feel we have not met your expectations in any way then please let us know.
We are lucky to be based in the wonderful Cotswolds and have a large warehouse just off the M5 stocking approximately 400 different product ranges.
Litter Bins offers an extensive range of bins for schools, offices, homes and other environments. We offer very competitive pricing on single items and even better discounts for anyone buying multiple products.
We always try to source British where possible but have a large network of manufacturers all over the globe that we utilise if the product and price is right.
As well as offering litter bins to help the environment, we also use recyclable cardboard for outer packaging and to keep our products protected we use biodegradable air pockets.

Excellent Customer service
The team at Litter Bins offered great customer service throughout my recent purchase of nearly 100 new bins. With the introduction of new waste legislation, the demand for new bins has been extraordinary across the whole of the UK and the pressure the team were under was huge but at no point as a customer did they fail me. Very impressed with the service they provided and the professionalism they showed throughout. Plus - extremely happy with the new bins!

Great service with very fast delivery
Great service with very fast delivery. The quality of the bin and the selection of choices they have is beyond my expectation. I had some questions about the bin and Jon explained very clear on the call. This is the first time we purchase bins from Jon, but I will definitely repeat with them.

Some of the package arrived damaged, Provided feedback with no response from the Supplier to follow it up. For ease of ordering and communication during the Order phase it was good.

Regarding your follow up e-mail and replacements, we are working tirelessly to try and get back to e-mails as soon as possible but due to the immense pressure that the new recycling legislation has put on us we are quite some time behind.

Having been let down by another company…
Having been let down by another company which resulted in a non-delivery, I subsequently ordered the same bin from Litter Bins and we received a very prompt delivery and the bin is just what we wanted.

Overall positive experience
Easy to use website and helpful customer services. Order arrived in 2 separate parcels across 2 days - all received quickly, however one of the bin lids arrived in the wrong colour - ordered lime green and we received dark green - as this is still 'recycling' it still fits the purpose so we don't feel the need to return. Overall a good experience!
