I've bought from Little Booteek multiple times and have loads of items of clothing from them (in fact I'm wearing one of their skirts now) and have never had an issue at all.
They were the first place I found to purchase my holy grail hairdye (Inflashy if you were wondering) and their mystery boxes are amazing!
They work tirelessly to make a lot of their items by hand and you just know it's done with love. They also have exclusive sales on well known brands (some of which are overseas brands meaning you avoid a hefty shipping bill)
The team are super friendly and very helpful, you can't fault them or their passion at all!

I've been a repeat customer of Little Booteek for several years now, and of course there may have been blips at some points but 99% of the time everything is exactly as expected, and on the rare occasions something does go wrong, Carol does whatever she can to resolve the issue.

LB offers a variety of products, of both their own design and from other brands. There are regular brand sales and weekly specials, and it's definitely worth joining their Facebook groups and pages to keep up-to-date with everything.

Great company I've ordered for many years from little booteek and never had a problem.
If there's been an issue or a query the team are quick to respond.
I have been recieving the trick or treat boxes monthly for years, which I've always been happy with nice little pick me up for the month ❤️

Always use these guys for bit and bobs they go out of there way to help when I’ve screwed up which is a lot ! The items and dispatch times are amazing

I've ordered from here a few times - Carol is lovely and gets orders out quickly. When I've ordered made to order things they've come in the necessary times and have lasted way longer than other trousers- I love my flares!

Ordered a few days ago , website was very easy to navigate and communication was fantastic, looking forward to receiving my item

I've been ordering from LB for a few years now, first a voucher for a friend which was emailed across right away, then an umbrella order which I realised would not arrive in time so they promptly allowed me to cancel the order, and since I've had various items, a beautiful top I've had for about 4 years now and still fits and looks great, a hoodie which was designed and made in house and an amazing 'hoodie blanket' which took a while to deliver as it was a tester item but they posted constant updates on where the orders were etc!

I LOVE little booteek and although the dispatch times can be long, when you realise a lot of items they either make themselves or have to wait to order in, it's always worth the wait and I've personally only had excellent service when I've needed to contact them. They're a small business with a young family and big dreams and are super passionate about providing good quality clothes from ethically paid factories. Love them!

Can't speak highly enough!!
They advertised a tshirt on their fb with an awesome design from a film I love, I commented that I love the design but wished I could have it on a tank top. They immediately let me know that that was definitely possible and they would pop a listing on the website for me to order one! To whole thing from initial comment to me ordering was only an hour or two!

I ordered it, received it, and love it!

It did take a little while to come but that's because these particular lines are made to order, and it's only a small independent company. The shipping time is made very clear when you order, and you even have to click a drop-down response to show that you've read and accepted those times so I don't know why some other people are complaining so much!

I even sent them a pic of happy little me in my new top which they then used on their fb for the next run of tops! Lol Thanks ladies!

This company is great for all things alternative, the ladies are always super helpful and the products are amazing.

I have always been very pleased by the items i have received from Little Booteek, whether it be subscription box items made by hand or clothes I have ordered. I recommend them to my friends and family all the time. Clothes are always well made and true to size.

Ordered a few times & always received my orders in excellent condition - delivery does take a while but this *is* stated on each item & you tick a box to say that you understand the length of dispatch timings.

Big believer in supporting small businesses, the team are exceptional and hard workers who really care, just look at their responses on here and compare them to large companies, they take the time to here to really resolve any problems, and let's remember were all human, no one is perfect so if you have a problem, why not politely ask for help first before having a tantrum. The products are fab quality, the attention detail in packaging is very much appreciated. Keep up the exceptional work, your true loyal customers are here for you!

I have ordered from Little Booteek many times over the past few years & I’ve never had a problem. I have made returns which were dealt with quickly & fuss free. Delivery times are stated before your order so you know roughly when to expect your order. Their regular sales are brilliant & I’ve put loads away for Christmas already!
