I bought a balance bike for my son for Christmas but I have heard nothing since and no replies to my emails. They have taken my money.

Ordered two kids soft play mats.
They are perfect. Same quality as the original I bought for more than double the price.
I was nervous about delivery at first but it arrived within a few weeks (not bad considering it's coming from Oz).

Will definitely be shopping again.

Ordered a bookshelf, good price and good product but extremely bad to build. Holes don’t align properly for screwing together so new product is already ruined. No way to contact company about it!

Ordered tatami carpet. Received email a week ago to say order was complete & have heard nothing from them since.
Have tried to contact them via help ticket, chat & email with no response.
Not very happy as I wanted carpet for grandchild’s birthday party.
Beginning to feel as if I have been ripped off.

Bought a 14 inch pedal bike. At first, I could not cancel my order the same day after circumstances changed. Bike quality is so poor, Even a cheaper barbie bike from Kmart is found to be a lot better. Brakes is crap could snap easily.

Ordered a play sofa on 3rd November with 48 hour delivery. Sofa hasn’t turned up, there’s zero customer service, I’ve sent emails, submitted help tickets, contacted them on Facebook and Instagram and zero contact. I’ve been on my account and seen they’ve cancelled my order and haven’t refunded me.
Now down £175 with zero chance of getting my money back by the looks of it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! They have literally stolen my money

Ordered a learning tower and it arrived with a lot of parts missing, such as no bag of screws. How do you get something so easy so wrong? Customer service absolutely appalling to try and get the bits sent out, none existent. I’ll be returning the product and would recommend anyone to not use this company.

Our order is yet to be delivered, no answer to the help ticket requests, live chat not working. 0 communication. I was giving tracking number and courier states they can not find it and believe that perhaps little nation haven’t even sent it.

Ordered 10/10/24. On back order, to be posted 20/10 or 21/10, after a while the item was back in stock but mine was yet to be shipped. Contacted 29/10 and no reply. Apparently posted on 31/10. currently 12/11 and have not received my item. Submitted multiple help tickets with NO answer.
Will be applying for refund with PayPal. And reporting company.
Update 25/11 - after applying for refund with PayPal, they finally responded. Customer service still quite poor as they stated they’ll put in missing item query with courier, courier tried to find this query and stated they had not put one in. Courier found my item and I received eventually. It is a nice bike but the service, shipping times are not worth the risk in my experience. Would not be surprised if there is a liquidation/administration issue soon. They did state they will resend the item which we will wait and see if that arrives.

After ordering a playmat/rug, i received no further communication from the company at all. After a week I started to chase them via various contact methods and received no response. After reading reviews of their australian page i realised I had made a mistake in ordering. I ended up disputing the payment with the bank who refunded me. Only after this, several weeks later, did they reply and say "they had experienced a high volume of enquiries" but i am sure it is because something flagged on their system that they didnt have my money. I had no confidence that the order was intended to be delivered. I would take your money elsewhere.

very user friendly ordering and products arrived in a timely manner, well packaged and the product was exactly as ordered and good quality. thank you

Bitterly disappointed with my recent purchase of a baby balance bike. This was purchased on 21/10/24 and the delivery was with Amazon Shipping which apparently was delivered on 24/10/24. On seeing proof of delivery it became clear this was delivered to the wrong address which I reported to both Amazon Shipping and Little Nation. I received a one line reply from Little Nation of a link to the tracking number. Having now sent numerous emails and messages to Little Nation without any responses I am at a loss as to how to move this on. Amazon Shipping have acknowledged the email and recommended I contact Little Nation for a replacement and they would reimburse Little Nation. After doing this I still have had no contact. I am so upset by the lack of basic customer service it astounds me that they are still in business.

No communication, no response to queries and no delivery yet! Is this even a real company!

Absolutely atrocious customer service and no communication.

I ordering a bike over 3 weeks ago and my order sat pending this whole time. I made multiple attempts to find an answer and after the first reply they went silent.

I then requested a refund as I’d hoped to have the order delivered before my son’s birthday, which wasn’t going to happen. I received no reply. It was lucky that I had payed for the order through PayPal as they lodged a request for me and thankfully, they processed my refund.

Is it too much to ask for a little bit of pro active communication and customer service regarding delays on orders or estimated delivery times?

I believe customers simply ask for transparency from the companies they purchase goods from. Most people are fair and reasonable and understand that delays can happen.

If this was communicated rather than me having to try and chase answers and met with silence, then that’s fair and reasonable. I could make other plans.

Why should we (the customer) have to tolerate companies who’s solution for lack of service delivery be to ignore the customer and expect them to just suck it up?

Worst service! I ordered a balance bike and helmet for my Grandsons birthday 4 weeks ago and I still haven’t received it. They don’t respond and when they do it’s the same generic message. Dodgy!!

I can’t believe that anyone has actually received anything, I’m wondering if the good reviews are actually fake. Paid for a rug and they only replied once to say they would check the order. Nothing ever received and had to reclaim from the bank

HORRIBLE COMPANY
Purchased a balance bike and helmet for my sons birthday after 6 weeks still waiting.
No correspondence on delays until I asked.

1st excuse - told they are on back order and due in a week
2nd excuse - after 2 weeks went by still nothing got told another week
3rd excuse - after a week got in contact told they have the stock and would be shipped in 48 hours.

Been more than 48 hours and still says on back order cant get hold of any one

Prompt delivery and great communication. The balance bike is as described and well made. Our grandson has mastered it really well and it is a great starting bike for young children.

Best balance bike for little kids!

It took my 2-year-old only a couple of test runs until he took over the roads :) The little nation balance bike is so light that small kids can easily manoeuvre it and ride along. I truly regret not getting it for my daughter when she was younger as it is such a great bike for kids to develop balance and confidence. Our family can now enjoy long walks whilst our son rides along...

Our balance bike and helmet arrived quickly and was very easy to put together. My son loves it!!
