Customer service was excellent and my query was resolved very easy. The agent was very helpful and polite.

They didn't resoulve my problem yet, but the service was very good. And I am very happy the way the lady was talking to me.

The parcel was delivered to the wrong address

I phoned and spoke to a very nice lady she solved my delivery out in 10 seconds it was a pleasure talking to her she knew what to do and done it very quickly I thank her

Great, fast delivery. Item came in a ridiculously large box so couldn't be delivered without me being home. Had to have it delivered a day later. Item could have been put through the letterbox if it was packaged better.

Was initially happy at speed of delivery which only took 2 days bit on opening parcel which was a steam iron.the box was not sealed.the packaging inside looked like it had gone through a war zone.paperwork with iron was loose and shoved down the side of the box.The iron itself looked new but I can only think this was a returned item sent out to me as the condition of the internal packaging was not what you get from Russell Hobbs far from it.So parcel was returned to Littlewoods.

I ordered 2 of the products which was a polaris interactive cat toy and only received 1 and the delivery took ages. I rang to tell them about it and they said I have to wait for a tex messages to say I didn't receive both items then they will raise a inquiry. I'm supposed to get the tex message today but still waiting. What is the point in ringing when its me still having to do the work. They should of sorted it while I was on the phone and sent me another one out. Very poor service

1 of my items was delivered. & I was not at home so it was left in an unsecured place & it’s not there when I got home so it’s taking time to sort it out

Good place to shop for affordable prices

Delivery took over 2 weeks, no communication about the delay. Ordered 2 tops that were very unflattering with a weird lining that ended halfway down so you could see it. ??

As always fast service from Littlewoods but one thing stops this being a 5 star review and that's the use of Evri for deliveries on the Isle of Wight, they are dreadful, leaving instructions for them are always ignored and 9 times out of 10 they don't knock the door and just dump the parcel somewhere. This one was left in full view of neighbours who would take the teeth out of your mouth given the opportunity. No knock on the door and instructions left to leave with neighbour were ignored. Just have a look at reviews for them, not a great system to be using just because it's cheap.

placed an order X8n6J on the 5 august for the pocket 4 pro . have yet to get the camera ..when you try and track the order the tracking does not work keeps saying technical issue try again later its been saying this since the 5 august.
have emailed customersupprot 4 times and had no responce
